Who knows when

Who knows when the churches can run workshops again who know, but we are still hoping it can be in September as we are missing the physical communication as are many people. We are still hoping that the workshop with Jacky and Les Fuller will stilll goes ahead. So at the moment we can’t really go ahead with planning anything. What I will say is that our What’s App group is growing and even without seeing anyone you an sense the support from everyone. They are a lovely group and they come from various parts of the United Kingdom mainly. We are hoping that once this lockdown nonsense is over we will be able to locate the right venue to hold a retreat. I guess I should make some inroads into Looking for somewhere now.
Hearts and more hearts
Once we know it is definitely ok to start we will be back in full swing doing workshops and I  indeed in full progress of planning a completely new workshop to be called “Intution through Art” as I know there are lots of people who like working creatively.
I am also doing a course myself on Art Therapy, which is supposed to be useful for those suffering stress, mental  illness as well as recovering alcoholics. I f  we kit there would be a lot of people after lockdown who needed help to relieve their stress as the whole thing we know is having  a huge Impact on mental health.
I have spent most of my time decluttering as well as knitting lots of hearts which eventually will be doing our on behalf of the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary. They will be travelling too as there are already some across the pond awaiting distribution as soon as it is feasible. We also have a promised of someone distributing them in Spain as well as further afield. We know from various previous emails received before  lockdown they serum to fall into the tight hands. We are sure these ones will too when we gets chance to actually put them anywhere. We hope by the next post we will have better news regarding workshops, but meanwhile keep safe everyone.
We have been following Caroline Myss and this lady is amazing she always seem to hit the nail right on the head, but judge for yourselves  https://youtu.be/8CeoMTmPYmQ

Coming out of lockdown

Solstice Blessings everyone. Well this is certainly a strange time, but one very positive thing has emerged from it and that is  our What’s App. The whole group supports one another and we are hoping lots of spiritual friendships will have been formed and continue long after the pandemic has ceased even though many of the people  live in different parts of the country and indeed the world. We are hoping it will become even stronger. We are now 21 strong although not everyone attends each time. I think this is fine as 3 nights a week are a big commitment and we really appreciate those who manage to do this on a regular basis.
At the moment we are working on scrying and it love this method of divination. Love scrying clouds, water and sand. It is one of the oldest forms of divination and in the olden days during Winter fire scrying was a popular pass of passing time. Alan Albiston took a picture of the water feature in his garden and it brought forth some interesting results. It was done by way of an experiment and it certainly worked. Sadly it I could seem to get it up loaded to the blog as it doesn’t seem to like videos.
We are making plans for when we come out of lockdown and if this goes on much longer we will have to consider doing workshops on Team. Although I do feel our What’s App group has got its advantages as everyone can be comfortable. So we are considering what to do in whatever circumstances come about as I understand that some of the spiritualist churches will not be reopening until 2021 sadly, but it’s understandable as some are too small for social distancing and who do you turn away.
Now on another score I said I would review Blodwen E. Jones’s book “Moonstruck”.  What can I say I love it. It is down to earth with great humour and refreshing. I love poetry but even for those who forte it isn’t - I would say give this book a try. It shows too a lot of things which need to be brought to the fore. Thanks for sharing your insights Blod. One word of warning some of the language is a bit colourful.
I have also been following the recent videos of Caroline Myss a lady I hold a great respect for and she makes perfect sense of our strange times, but please don’t just take my word for it listen to what she has to say and make your own judgment, but I bet you will see exactly where she is coming from .(https://youtu.be/1EuV1lQqH

Normality what is that

Well still no nearer coming back to normality. What normality is to each person - it would just be nice if we could get back to even having small classes. Still our What’s App group is going great guns and everyone supports one another, which what makes it so special. Everyone really looks forward to the meetings online three times a week. Regularly on Tuesday evening, Thursday and Saturday from 8 pm till 9.30 pm. Although I admit it has been a challenge working out ways to teach without visual contact, but what I have noticed is how quickly those participating have improved in leaps and bounds

I am spending my time decluttering and knitting hearts for distribution once this chaos has vanished and I can leave them to be found without the fear of the faint possibility of contracting the virus. Both Daniel and I were pretty grim over Christmas And poor Daniel has that wretched cough for over three week or more. I have also now extended that to knitting them for hospitals as well as a few people I know personally who have had problems. Some will be going out to Spain to Juan Carlos who is going to leave them in various localities for people to find. I am hoping to get some sent to Germany and France too as well as others crossing the pond (Patricia Sevret Tucker has said she will put some out in her locality in the United  States of America
We are still hoping to go ahead with classes by September but this all depend on the decision of the committee of the Friends Meeting House to reopen and we still intend to have a sound healing workshop as a tribute to Julie Felix and then of course tree is the worshop with Les and Jacky Fuller. It also depends on travel age whetted it’s safe as my brother cones under the vulnerable as he has had ulcerated feet as well as being diabetic
I had also intendedto review Blod Jones’s book of poetry “Moonstruck”, but it been a vey odd week with me spending lots of time on the telephone as it seems so many people have had mega problems. I am also looking forward to doing my Art Therapy course as I do feel it will help a lot of people after lockdown. I is geared to desk with stress and anxiety as well as mental illness and those recover from alcoholism, I woo be sharing dome of my work on here.

Now What Next

I just love this picture which wa produced recently by Diana Samuel. It reminds me of Watership Downs by Richards Adams  who I had the pleasure of meeting at a book signing in Covent Garden. It is lovely and refreshing. We have had a lot of different results with this exercise and I am looking forward to yet more.
I will be so pleased when we can recommence our workshops at the Friends Meeting House. How lucky we are to be able to use this beautiful venue. I do miss them and I know a few other l people do .
I have been busy making hearts partly to go out to the world when some kind of normality returns and some have gone to hospitals or friend who who have youngest to are finding it so hard to cope with lockdown, which I totally understand. i am having exactly that problem myself, but realistically I know we are doing the right thing. Lots of these hearts will be sent abroad to hopefully cheer people up after the pandemic has cleared.
I have enrolled for a course in Art Therapy. to add to my teaching skills as it can be be used for anxiety, recovering alcoholics, those with mental illness as well as stress and personal self healing. Please keep safe everyone and send out healing  and peace to the earth.
I will also be reviewing a book by the lovely Blod Jones  by “Moonstruck”,  which is a book of poetry. Looking forward to reading it as it only arrived yesterday.

Cabin Fever

Still hoping to reopen the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary workshops by September or even August. Ad we previously said the first workshop we are anticipating having will be a tribute to the late Julie Felix who was an inspiration for our own Sound Healing Workshops. I still can’t really get to grips with her passing and I feel with the situation in regard to lockdown it seems worse. These energies at the moment are making everyone more sensitive including myself and indeed Daniel. Today I realised we had been in lockdown for three months and it could be for a least another months or even two. Getting back to my original topic we intend to make our first workshop one dedicated to Julie. I know that there are many people like ourselves who will miss this lovely lady’s physical presence, but hoped her transition to the world of spirit world beautiful and she was reunited with not only her family, but her many friends, Rest in peace beautiful lady.
We are also hoping the workshop with Jacky and Les Fuller go ahead on the 3rd October as I said priority will be given to those who have support we the sanctuary previously if social distancing has to be maintained. As yet I have not had any news of the venue being reopened. I will also be asking Alan Albiston amongst others to do a workshop as I feel this is just the right time for one of his nature workshops, but we are open to other ideas. We are also planning on doing a psychic art workshop as well as possible a craft workshop. We are really open to otter suggestions in regard to new workshops not only in the spiritual sense , but art and crafts as lockdown made me realise that I  am not utilising all of my skills. Please email yourcreativeself@outlookcom with any ideas you have in regards to workshops.
Whilst in lockdown I have been continuing with my knitting hearts projects plus knitting some for the Covid 19 victims and their family. As requested one heart for the patient and one for the relative , but I have also been knitting for those Who like ourselves  are suffering from “cabin fever” as it has been referred to. We have looked on its also as a time of reflection snd revaluation of which direction wes are heading.
One thing that has come out of lockdown is the What’s App group and I am so please and proud of the way the group has supported one another. We will be organising a retreat some time in the future so all can met

Many thanks for all the Lockdown Birthday Greetings

Just a short post to say thank you for all the lovely birthday greetings on my 80th birthday in lockdown at that. I will be so pleased when things go back to normal whatever normal is. Still the news is looking better and lockdown has taught us some new ways of delivering knowledge. Moreover we have learnt quite a bit from this confinement. Thank you he for the beautiful flowers and the lovely cards. I will  be using one lot of cards in our What's App Group tonight. I am so proud of the group and the way they are encouraging  one another. It was more than what the doctor ordered in these chaotic times and I  looking forward to planning the retreat as soon as this virus disappears which I feel it with around the end of July. I am still hoping to resume activities at Epping in September with a sound healing workshops in honour of Julie Felix. Followed by a workshop  with Jacky and Les Fuller. There will be a priority on those regular attendees of the Rainbow  Heal Sanctuary.
I am still knitting hearts for our own project, We but also for the hospitals and some friends as so many people are finding it difficult to contend with lockdown and the limitations on their lives.
The tutors at the moment on our retreat weekend will be Alan Albiston, Daniel Naughnane and myself, but info have some others in mind.
