Wet Felting and more news

Firstly I would like to share my lovely present all the way from Tasmania.  Thank you so much Kath Johnson.  It really cheer my day and will continue to do so.
We are really looking forward to next weekend although its going to be quite busy with a really full days on both Saturday and Sunday the 6th and the 7th March. Firstly we will be at West Wickham National Spiritualist Church on the Saturday with the first of our full days workshops entitled "Your Creative Self".  The right brain is your creative side and it is also the bed of our intuition and link to the spirit realms so by encouraging our creative abilities we sharpen and hone our intuition.  You will see from previous posts the different pictures which have been produced.  So please join us next Sunday at(www.westwickhamspiritualistchurch.co.uk). Starts at 11 am and finishes at 5 pm I believe the price is £20.
On Sunday we have discovered a wet felting course in Rochester in an artist community building called Intra.  it finishes 3 pm and we need to get back to Westferry Road to the Barkantine Hall by 6.30 pm, which will be fine as long as there are no delays on rail or bus services. Barbara Barnes has finally and hopefully there will be not changes given us a list of the mediums.  Apart from Daniel and I there will be Josie Smith, Mike Matthews, Paul Charlick, Carol and Howie Chambers. See you all there.
On the 9th March we have another afternoon workshop in the "Your Creative Self" series again it will be nothing like our previous ones each workshop will be different.  This one is at Woodford (www.woodfordchurch.com),  Starts at 2.30 pm.
Yesterday we took ourselves to the Talent Factory at Catford as Mec and Marcia were have a pop in felting workshop so we felt being so close a need to go.  Unfortunately due to Mother's Day it wasn't very well attended, but that was a bonus for us as apart from a lovely lady called Marina who makes beautiful linocut  cards amongst other things  do take a look. As you can see from the pictures we had a great time and we are looking forward to the next workshop with them when they can arrange it   (https://www.marinanasso-beard.com)
On another note, but also a theme is the latest research on tree, which doesn't really surprise me as I always feel an affinity with trees
Don't forget we are available for workshops, one to ones, plus we are still knitting and crocheting items to help fund the sanctuary so please contact us on 07927 288904 or text or email us at YourCreativeSelf@outlook,com
