A Little Act of Kindness

It had been a very strange week. Totally crazy as it seems the only thing people want to talk about is the vaccine. Lots of people see it as their road  to lockdown freedom, but who can be sure. As for myself I know vertigo and masks are not the road to safety for me. I have made one discovery a homeopathic remedy from “Helios” called trauma mix which drew out some of my bruises in under 24 hours. I was very impressed.

The highlight of my week was a box I received. See picture I was going to take another one, but the light today is so bad it seemed silly.Thank you Carol (we miss you on the group) and Sandra they are special. We love them.

We are so proud of the group with the unity and support they have given each other, but also the spiritual progress they have made. Kindness abounds with each and  everyone of them. On that subject who wants to join me on a quest to make someone day. Let’s say at the moment a person you don’t know such a particular person who put themselves out to help you with a problem such as a medical issue etc. I has my week made with the little guys above. I sent several  people hearts I had knitted and I had one delightful email plus two telephone calls from people who were delight. So small acts of kindness can lift people’s spirits and we all need this at them at the moment. This morning a lovely surprise in the post via Elsie bless you as I was just running out.

I am now focusing on our retreat. This will come about once we are out of lockdown giving everyone something to look forward to. We must all be grateful we are still here as many have seen loved one pass through the veil. One of these being Carol who we all miss (for those of you who don’t know Carol’s mum passed with COVID and Carol herself had it pretty badly). Please put in the box below the kind of workshop which would interest you. Comment I’m the comment part of this blog as Tracey did last time. Until my next post keep safe and well.
