Last entry to the blog this year and I would like to wish everyone an abundant, healthy and happy 2017. Everyone is complaining about 2016 being a bad year, but I would like to say in my humble opinion its been a year of valuable learning.  We have learnt to be grateful for your life as at any moment great spirit will summon you home.  Yes many well known people have passed and three people who were my heroes Richards Adams who I had the pleasure of chatting to a few times and I hasten to add a lovely gentle and humble man.  Nevertheless his books will live on and if you haven't read "Watership Down"  I urge you to do it.  The great Leonard Cohen  whose music will live forever and Greg Lake whose Christmas song carries a depth message.  Be nice to everyone and live in the now as tomorrow may never come. Equally some poor soul was found frozen on the street in Chatham at Christmas please spare a thought a these too and the other many homeless souls.  I may add something to this do a good deed everyday and they will be returned ten fold.  After all a smile costs nothing and could brighten someone' s day. We made our resolutions on the 31st October, but I shall reiterate them now and add two.
  • To totally de -clutter (I have been here over fifty years)
  • To get the sanctuary up and running
  • To help as many people as possible on to the spiritual path
  • To start a sketch group again
  • To run knitting and crochet classes
  • To continue with the book
  • To do a good deed everyday
We are not doing much in January with the exception of number one in our list as Winter is not a good time for me, but we will be celebrating Daniel's birthday on the 6th January.  On Sunday 12th February we are at Barbara Barnes's wee sanctuary the "Island of Light" doing readings and I will be selling some heart key rings for Valentine's Day. Starts around 6.30 pm in the Barkantine Hall in Westferry Road  come early as its always popular

We are also looking for new ways to fund our sanctuary and at the moment varies sources of money are found via the methods below, but any new ideas would be gratefully received.

  • Do readings
  • Run circles
  • Run workshops
  • Knit and crochet various items
  • Organise "Days with Spirit"
  • Sell our CD
If any of you have any new ideas please let me know.  I am also planning and selling lots of my knitting and crochet magazines after I have copied the patterns I want and this too will be added to the fund.  Many of you have asked where and we are looking to move as we have found it totally impossible to do anything productive this side of the Thames.  It is as we are being blocked by spirit as things the other side of the Thames materialise and opportunities present themselves. If anyone know of a small holding which is up for rent please let us know as we want somewhere with out buildings to be able hold workshops, seminars and courses as well as circles.  Somewhere in the Essex or Hertfordshire area.  If anyone  wants to buy anything in the knitting and crochet line please message on here or text 07767 137377 or rainbowhealingsanctuary@outlook.com  that equally goes for readings or if you want a workshop as we are willing to travel.  The meditation CD is just £10 plus postage which with United Kingdom is £10 (two 15 minute meditations plus one of 30 minutes).  Planning a new one soon.  More news next week.  Rainbow Blessings to all.

I would like to wish everyone a wonderful abundant Yuletide and may 2017 bring abundance to each and everyone of you.  We are not opening the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary until 26thFebruary 2017 ahs most people seem to want to go under cover until the weather starts to show signs of Spring.  The first event will be with Les and Jacci Fuller a Shamanic Workshop - numbers are limited so message me in you want to attend.  It is our first Sunday event and will start a 1.30 pm until 6.30 pm.  This will be followed by another one of our special days "A Day with Spirit" on the 11th of March and will start at 1.30 pm and finish around 9 pm. There will be three mini workshops and the afternoon admission will include two mini workshops or talks  out of the five offered.  Those booked so far are Michael Redwin, Angie Macleod, John Jenkins, Linda Ferguson,  Sam Prigmore and Alan Albiston. We will also be doing one of these at South Woodford Spiritualist Church later in the year.   There will be therapies, healings and readings available for an extra charge. There will be more details give in a later post.  I had hoped to be able to post two videos one of Brendan Peters who is Barbara Barnes great grandson and another of Daniel Naughnane singing at the Carol Service at South Woodford Church, but I am having problems posting them. If I solve the mystery of how to do it I will do an another post before the end of the year.  Barbara as some of you may know runs the little sanctuary called the Island of Light.  We also want to send Neil Paton lots of healing please will you join us as he is going through a lot of stress both with the lose of his sister and his beloved dog Roxie.  We also want to wish Angie Macleod much success with her new venture in Wales.
