Tier 4 and to the universe beyond

Well we definitely need to make future plans as we are now restricted even more. So with this in mind I am going to suggest you join me in a couple of ideas to move you forward.

a) Name three things you have learnt during lockdown. Here are mine.

1. My problems are minute in comparison to lots of others.

2. Small things will often cheer people up.

3.. Everyone can feel vulnerable in different ways.

b) Four things you have gained from lockdown, which probably would haven’t  happened without it.

1. I have discovered different ways of teaching which I would have never have thought of under other’s circumstances.

2. A singer/song writer who I had never heard of before lockdown and has kept me reasonably sane (Mary Chapin Carpenter).

3. Another singer/comedian/songwriter whose political parodies are hysterical (Dillie Keane)

4. Lots of new workshop which have percolated during this c)

c) Three things you have lost during lockdown or haven’t got done you feel you should have.

1. A routine

2. A sleep pattern

3. Motivation (I thought I could have totally decluttered by now instead I have hoarded items (basically as I learnt it’s cheaper to buy in bulk when ordering on line). Plus less exercise. HOW MANY OF YOU CAN RELATE TO THIS.

Next thing thinking ahead. Now I have a list of objectives for 2021.

1. First and foremost we must move.

2. Start the spiritual sanctuary (we need a physical building).

3. Declutter in earnest

4. Get the new courses in some kind of order.

5. Knit 🧶 more hearts to send out love and peace to the world.

6. Get a bit more exercise.

7. Get some sort of routine back.

There are a few more which I will be adding to the list at a later date.

Now I would like to hear from those of you who can relate to some of this.

On a much better note I would like to thank those who have supported us this year and more than that all those who are in our Whats App group and supported one another that is Alan, Alex, Amanda, Alf, Carol, Diana, Federica, Julie, Jules, John, Kim A, Kim L, Paul, Rebecca, Sandra and Tiffany, It’s has been wonderful seeing the group grow and expand in knowledge as well as comradeship. We can go on and support one another while this wretched virus is about and afterward celebrate with a long weekend away on a retreat. It will happen and we will all come out better more loving souls. I am asking  you  all to let pass misdemeanours fade into oblivion send those responsible off in a pink balloon surrounded by love and a vibrant pink.

Try to have a cosy Christmas or whatever you are or aren’t celebrating. Rainbow  blessings for all. Stay well and SAFE

Things to come

Sorry it’s been so long since I updated our blog, but news is sparse and we have little hope of having a workshop until Spring 2021. I did hear from Christine that there is a possibility of reopening early next depending on government guidelines. Do that is quite encouraging.
The Whats App group is thriving and we have about 10 people who link in regularly, which is wonderful and we are getting some amazing work done including some spirit. The picture above was done by one of the group on Whats App. We trying a variety of exercises including spirit art. Obviously it not quite the same as a workshop in person, but I do feel things have gone really well. Our Secret Santa has been so well supported and some of the members of the group have been more than generous. It is lovely to feel everyone is supporting everyone else. Especially as it’s so needed at the moment.
I will be trying to update the blog more regularly and let’s hope 2021 is a better year.
We are still sending our hearts to cheer people up and they are definitely doing that,

Now here is something to think about a piece of advice I saw which I the thought I would share with you “If you don’t want problems make your dream so big - your problems become insignificant”
Meanwhile in Mary Chapin Carpenter’s words - “ you know what to do - stay safe, stay well, wear your mask and always STAY MIGHTY”

NEXT STAGE

Well we are now in the second lockdown and nothing seems straight forward. I really thought once retrograde was over we would be able to get some sort of pattern in our lives and get on with our decluttering. It seems too other people are having the same problems. There is no chance of a physical workshop at the moment so we are going to concentrate on developing different exercises for our Whats App group who are so supportive of one another. Yesterday I put this proposal to the group and we have had a mired of great ideas.
I am also asking you to think of the further and think of twelve things you want to do or achieve after we we come out of lockdown. Maybe it will be a new normal - who knows we received a very interesting message via or of our students from a lady in spirit called Kat which throws some light on the present situation that is to say the virus.

I am also asking you to think of the further and think of twelve things you want to do or achieve after we we come out of lockdown. Maybe it will be a new normal - who knows we received a very interesting message via or of our students from a lady in spirit which throws some light on the present situation that is to say the This is it “Don't get caught up in the web of deceit. Don't get carried along with the flow of false promises. Consider and contemplate what you are doing to Mother Earth. How can she serve you, if you continue to poison her. Listen to the Angels, for they are beckoning you. They implore you to stop  this pollution - the pollution of consumerism. Many people have returned home - home also to the realisation that the continuation of consumerism will destroy the planet if we let this wound continue to Anyway back to my previous reference we are now focusing on exactly what we feel is important or what we would like to do when we eventually return to some sort of normality. Here is our list

a) Move locality as this has taught me I need the green.

b) Meet with my BFF in Radlett.

c) Walk in nature.

d) Devise new spiritual workshop

e) Devise a workshop mixing a craft with meditation.

f) Start teaching crafts

g) Find a locality and establish a permanent home for the “Rainbow Healing Sanctuary”

h) Arrange a retreat for the members of our Whats Group

i) Learn new crafts

j) Do a charity event for the “Herona Maternity Wing”

l) Get to see Mary Chapin Carpenter in concert

Talking on the last of my list this lady has kept me sane during lockdown

Find her Mary Chapin Carpenter on u tube “Songs from Home” (thanks Elsie Rosam for guiding me that way. Reiterate you didn’t find her by accident).

We are still going on with our hearts project and I would like to thank Carol Winmill for delivering the one in the picture.

Until next time stay well and STAY SAFE.

What Next I ask

Well we are no further forward with running a workshop as such as unfortunately places to rent are too expensive without charging high admission costs. At the moment I do feel the What’s App is working very well and all  of the group have made huge strides. I certainly for  one have had to adapt exercises and teach in a totally different way with no visual contact. I do hope everyone has gained something as both Daniel and I feel we have. It is also the support within the group for one another. It’s a great pity we cannot get these meditations recorded, but no doubt in time we will. Here are some of the inspired prose etc the group wrote in response to a beautiful photograph taken by Elsie Poynton.

Rebecca

When we are on cloud nine middle earth is not far behind, the sun spreads far and wide like the hidden rainbow in the sky.

Amanda

Sunset picture piece of philosophy...we all looked at that beautiful photograph and we all saw different things in it. Such is life. We all see things differently, what one person sees is completely different from what another person does. We all see what we are meant to see and this happens in our daily lives, we may all read the same piece of news and all have different views on what we have read. We all respond to anything that appears in our lives in various ways, this is because we are all unique in ourselves. We all have special gifts to offer to the world and this is how its meant to be. We are all part of Spirit and Spirit is part of us. Collectively we all hope to do our best and that is all we can do. No matter what each of us saw in the beautiful sunset picture, the individual interpretation from each of us all binds us together eventually, as although we may feel separate, we all entertwine and we are all part and parcel of this wonderful world. In the end we are all together as we are supposed to be.

Paul

Taking time to breath

Taking to listen to your inner voice

While your toes play in the sand

Looking at your indentions in the sand.

Your toes playing and

Gripping

The grains that were formed

Over million of years.

That have witness species

People

Even Empires

Come and go.

Then there's you

Now

Making your impression

What will it be,

A life lived with dreams

Love

Happiness

Or, in fear

Tolerating second best?

If in doubt, look to the setting sun

Of the past

The past of bad behaviours

And a rising sun

Of a new begining

And the love is ever lasting.

Love for thyself

Love from spirit

Where anything is possible

Truth for thyself

Knowing that spirit

Will never let you fall

Where horizons are just ready

To be explored

And new impression

To be indented in the sand

The presence of the illuminescent Angel in the dark sky, shimmering over calm waters, amidst the setting sun, offers protection.

As the vision of nature fades we see our inner landscape, contemplation in the stillness, with feelings of peace and harmony, a positive reflection of our mind.

Carol

I spread my arms to comfort you

To let you know I’m here,

I watch you as you plan your day,

I smile to see you sit there.

Eyes glazed over as you look out to sea,

You mimic it’s flow as breathing,

feel my breath on your face,

look up to me And see you smile

The sun smiles back for me.

Your heavy heart I try to mend,

Until we meet again.

Diana

I see two Angels when I enlarge this photo, but mainly there is a sense of anticipation, comfort and serenity. As if in this very troubled time the beauty of Nature still sends out it’s messages of calmness and hope and belief. It is a powerful photo.

Sandra

Protecting and looking over us all from far and wide.                                            All of our helpers and guides.

With skies of blue, grey, orange and red.                                                          Out on the road, or even in bed.

Without a single word being said.

Kim A.

The beauty way. Create beauty in your life. Recognise the beauty inside yourself and others. Take time to smell the roses. Take a deep breath. Look up at the stars. And recognise the splendor that surrounds you. See the beauty in what ever situation you find yourself in. And you will receive the lesson life is teaching you in a kind and gentle way.

Jules

Dark sky colours bright

Clouds on horizon

Deep thoughts

Memories are made

Looking forward

Guides & angels are near

All for you

The future is bright

This words on the sunset picture  memories of amazing sunsets and sunrises and walks along  the beach times shared with loved ones and friends laughter and care free days these are what we hold on to in difficult times keeping our soul  nourished and uplifted keep them with you those times will come again we will walk in freedom and light hold on to the pure joy of living soon new doors are going to open new paths are being set promise of  a new tommorow is only a whisper away

We are still putting out our hearts given the opportunity, but I have also been drawn to sending some to various people with some interesting results. One of which was placed by a member of our group as well as being a valued friend. She actually saw it being picked up by a lady who the previous year had loss her husband in tragic circumstances. The magic of spirit,

I still cannot pay my tribute to Jim Winston as I still feel quite emotional about his passing and do miss our conversations. It will come eventually.

Meanwhile keep well stay safe. Blessings to all and be kind go one another.

What is coming next

I am so sorry it’s taken me such a long time to update the the blog, but I had hoped for news of when we can reopen the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary. Unfortunately no such good news, but I promise that as soon as we can we will. I had intended to do a tribute to our dear friend Jim Winston, but apart from still being the church warden it was he who helped and encouraged us to make the meditation Cd with such a professional approach. We had intended to record a sound healing one but now that seems quite remote. Jim really knew what he was doing having been part of the original Small Faces who used to rehearse in his fathers pub in Stratford. His funeral is tomorrow at 12.45 am. There will be a proper tribute next week after the funeral when hopefully  I don’t feel so emotional. Rest in Peace Jin we will miss you so much.
I am now busy knitting yellow hearts for those people who have family or friends who lost their fight with the virus. I am willing to knit them for any destination, but sound ask a small  contribution to the postage (PayPsl: rainbowhealingsanctusry@hotmail.co.uk), but please email yourcreativeself@outlook.com. We are still putting out our hearts for peace and below you can see one Ness Colbunn placed in Penge.
On a more pleasant note we are planning a long weekend retreat once thus mayhem and chaos is over. We are not sure where  though, but I am investigating venues and I will let you know when I have made a decision.
Sometimes out of chaos comes something magical and so fitting for these surreal crazy times emerges snd please listen yo the words of this song which is inspiring and uplifting “ “Hole in the Clouds”with Charles Foskett (https://youtu.be/WvG75ekoKko) and also look in comments box as I will be posting another link with a beautiful track by Julie Felix who is missed by so many including us. It brought me to tears definitely spirits gain and our loss.

Latest news

Firstly I have to inform you sadly we have had to cancel out workshop with Les and Jacky Fuller basically lack of venue. but we would like to wish Les a great birthday on 2nd October. Hopefully we will be able to have a workshop next year. Hopefully by next year this surreal situation will have ended. Crazy times.
Our Whars App group is going strong and recently we have been trying out some new exercises with wonderful results as I invited some people who are  not on the group to participate so our regular group could get experience at blind relying only on a picture similar to the one above. This has made me very proud as I was told that that they had not had a message as good as that since since 1993 (so lockdown had produced something). I will admit they have all worked very hard sgd taken what they are doing seriously. So well done Alan, Alex, Amanda, Carol, Diana, Jules, Kim, Paul Tracey and Sandra
I am sorry our blog has not been updated for so long, but I have been hoping to have better news regarding workshops, but I will impart as soon as this lockdown is over Daniel and I will be planning a retreat where all the group can met one another. We hope that apart from ourselves there will be a variety of other workshops including one with Alan Albiston amongst others.
Meanwhile in the words of  folk singer Mary Chapin Carpenter “Stay Safe, Wear your Mask (those of you can) and Stay Mighty”.  She is doing a beautiful series called “Songs from Home” with Angus her dog and white kitty.

How, when and we will

Firstly I would like to congratulate one of our students who lives in Spain Juan Carlos Lugo on his marriage to Carmel Ellena Lugo Langdon and we wish them every happiness in their new life. Nice to have good news for a change.
We are  no further forward in being able to locate a hall for our workshops. Most are reluctant to book as it’s all the extra cleaning. I am getting doubtful if it will be possible before next year, but not giving up the idea.  So sad as I had several new workshops planned. It also seems some of the churches which opened have closed again. No indication whether it was lack of numbers of a too heavier workload plus the financial costs of cleaning
I am stating now we have not given up the idea of starting out own sanctuary and I am certainly not allowing the virus to kill our dreams. We are planning even if we can’t put anything into action at the moment.
I am also planning some art therapy workshops and some craft workshops. Lots of new things once we can get a space which is suitable to run them from. Meanwhile our What’s App group is going great guns and it acts as a support system as well as a spiritual development group. So many people have been hot very badly by this virus. Whatever some people feel about the virus being a hoax or not dangerous I can assure you that it is real as at least one member of our group is still grieving as her mum caught the virus she passed to spirit. So very sad and heartbreaking losing her mum and best friend. Hopefully we have seen the worst of it. Meanwhile please take no chances and keep safe.
I will leave you with a picture of the new man in my life. Unfortunately the hair got out of hand so It had to go. Hence a new Daniel

Transformation

I heard a u-tube video with Caroline Myss and confess I find this lady very inspiring. It made me stop for a few moments and reflect now reconsidering and going on referring to our original views that mother nature had a hand in the pandemic.  There are of course official bodies, which see this as a money making enterprise sadly. Yes tragically lives have been lost. My heart goes out to those who have lost friends and family. We have  indeed ourselves, but nevertheless I do believe those that are on the earth plane at the moment choose to be part of the transformation and as was pointed out by Caroline we need to look forward not back for long term results.
In her latest video she is calling it NEVER NEVER LAND as things are happening which have never happened before such as mail boxes disappearing (so listen to the video) as it is very inspirational https://youtu.be/MwYhLAJ06Yw and she suggest although I feel it’s a challenge to do something you have never done before and after much deliberation I decided I will make a video as I hate being photographed, but I have never done it before, but between now and Christmas I will fulfil this challenge. What will your challenge be?
We have not given up on finding a hall but this too has become a challenge as the cost of cleaning them has become an extra expenditure and therefore everyone is reluctant on noting them out, but we will not give up and be defeated.
We have also start putting out put hearts again but leaving them on little plastic bags with a date on which they will be safe. I am sure neither of us has the virus, but as they don’t know those you might not be a carrier I am not willing to take a chance.

What, when and How

Unfortunately we still can’t actually arrange a workshop because the trustees taking into consideration all concerned feel the venue is to small to use safely under the present situation. We are therefore looking to hire a hall either in Epping or Harlow. Alan Albiston has given me a list of the venues in those areas and I will be ascertaining the possibility of hiring a hall. So please all of you to ask great spirit to find us a locality. Although we will miss the total peace of the hall and also it’s beautiful garden. I understand they will be reviewing it again January 2021
We are not going to let COVID defeat us. We are therefore still hoping to have a workshop with Alan Albiston, Jacky and Les Fuller ad well as ourselves at sometime in September onwards. Everything on hold at the moment and of course our Whats App group is thriving.
I am pleased to announce also that our hearts for peace are starting to be placed again. The first of these was place by Juan Carlos Lugo in Spain and I will post pictures at the end of this post. Meanwhile I am also making Mexican hearts to raise money for our sanctuary as posted above. I will also we making butterflies.  The same ilk. Meanwhile I will update you again next week unless I have something to announce before. Please keep SAFE.

So What Next

Well it been another strange week, but I have received some lovely goodies toward my Mexican Heart project from Gilliangladrag in Dorking. She certainly has some lovely things in her shop. Once lockdown is over abc it’s safe I think I will be making a trip there. In my next post I will be sharing some goodies I got from Unravel and Unwind in Rochester.
This is not a 100%, but there is a possibility that we may be able to recommence our workshops at Epping in late September with a workshop with either Alan Albiston  or ourselves. We will have limited places and we may have to charge a wee big more to cover and extra cost. At the moment it looks as if we can’t use the kitchen, but we can either bring our own flask or go to Poppy’s. It would also mean social distancing and therefore numbers allowed would be around 10 or 12 which would mean it had to be booked and paid for. We are still hoping to go forward with Les and Jacky Fuller’s workshop on 3rd October depending on what transpires in the way of new guidelines. Our sound healing workshop sadly at the moment will need to be cancelled.  We will however have two developments workshops both totally different. If you would be interested please let me know as places will be limited. I am even considering running two workshops at the end of that month or one at the start of October if necessary (in other words it’s a moveable feast.  We need to see if this virus spikes again before making any decisions for as much as we would love to resume workshops the safety of all has to be our first consideration. I have also decided I will include a picture of what I bought at from Faye Luminesence Lamb from Unravel and Unwind. Lovely little needle cases.

Next Step Forward

Well who know when we will be able to have physical workshops again. At the moment the whole idea seems a long while ahead and in honesty I have not given up on the idea of an October workshop with Les and Jacky Fuller., but I am waiting to see if we can hire the space. Hopefully we will know by the end of this month.. We would have space here to do social distancing. Places would of course be given to those people who have supported at this venue in the past or are members of our Whats App Group which is growing not only in numbers but support for one another . In fact some seem to have made new friends, which is lovely.
We are busily still decluttering plus trying to get to grips wit what we should and shouldn’t keep. I am also trying to get to grips also with making Mexican Hearts as seen here and hope at some later stage to run a workshop on making them. I  also trying to research the history and origins of these hearts. Some of those I have seen are quite spectacular.
I  also doing an online course in art therapy as I do feel when this is all gone back to whatever normal has become it will be something which is needed. Some are suffering badly from what is being called “cabin fever” having not being able to move from their own homes.  In fact we went out for the first time last Tuesday., we will update this blog regularly giving you updates meanwhile keep safe.

Workshops and all that

Well hopefully very soon we will be able to go back to holding workshops at Epping even if it means social distancing to do so. I won’t know until next month, but it will mean we can start to plan events although I am sure we will need to set out a few rules and regulations in regard to social distancing, the toilets and the kitchen use. Let’s wait and see. Yesterday we made our first trip out to do a wee bit of shopping plus a trip to my foot angel and I am happy to report my feet are now more comfortable and I can walk again. We next went to the post office to send some packages and post letters to Spain and Ireland amongst others. At least two packages had hearts in them and I have been busily knitting mire , but I have now discovered Mexican Hearts thanks to GIlliangladrags (find her on Instagram) and I will post the link to her video at the end of this post. I will be making some as soon as I have all the materials I need to compete the project they are so pretty and I will be doing some research on their origins as I had not encountered them before, but they are delightful.
Our What’s App group is going very well and I am convinced that members are benefitting not only in the spiritual sense, but during these weird unpredictable times it is also giving support to those who would have otherwise been cut off spiritually.
I would also ask all of you to send healing to our Carol Winmill wishing  her good luck with her trip to the hospital tomorrow and that she also gets some joy with finding out exactly what is wrong.
Here as promised is the link to the video (https://youtu.be/lz0N4o20aIo) and below is a picture purchase I made from a Mexican Shop. Isn’t it lovely. I am  going to be making some.

Now what next

Things at least are getting settled if not somewhat not actually the way we would have chosen although we  know that in regard to Woodford Spiritualist Church the President Iris Klein and the committee have done the right thing. In fact we would like to congratulate Iris in having the foresight to close the church when she did. Sadly it will now not be be reopening until January 2021 so we will have no closed circle nor awareness group until then nor will there be services or workshops as it was not feasible to do all had to be done to insure the safety of everybody who attended the church whether for workshops, services or indeed healing. We look forward to it opening up again next year and I  sure it will be a big celebration plus a huge thanks to Iris.
We are now awaiting a decision from Epping and we might (not promising guys) that we will be able to run a few workshops there. We hade got Lez and Jack Fuller booked on the 3rd October. We sincerely hope this does not get cancelled meanwhile until we know what is possible We can only hold fire until then . When we know the situation we will of course be be updating everyone.
Our best news is our What’s App group which we are running three times a week had developed the most amazing pier and it is so rewarding to see the support members are showing each other and with that in mind can we all send healing to both Carol and Dandie at tnr moment with the pain I their lives both mentally had physically.
We have been busy knitting hearts to distribute when all this mayhem has cease. Juan Carlos and his fiancé Carmen will be distributing them as soon as they can. Although we haven’t yet posted them.
They new cards below we will be using in our new workshop first opportunity we get and no doubt in our WhatsApp Group, which now number twenty.

Who knows when

Who knows when the churches can run workshops again who know, but we are still hoping it can be in September as we are missing the physical communication as are many people. We are still hoping that the workshop with Jacky and Les Fuller will stilll goes ahead. So at the moment we can’t really go ahead with planning anything. What I will say is that our What’s App group is growing and even without seeing anyone you an sense the support from everyone. They are a lovely group and they come from various parts of the United Kingdom mainly. We are hoping that once this lockdown nonsense is over we will be able to locate the right venue to hold a retreat. I guess I should make some inroads into Looking for somewhere now.
Hearts and more hearts
Once we know it is definitely ok to start we will be back in full swing doing workshops and I  indeed in full progress of planning a completely new workshop to be called “Intution through Art” as I know there are lots of people who like working creatively.
I am also doing a course myself on Art Therapy, which is supposed to be useful for those suffering stress, mental  illness as well as recovering alcoholics. I f  we kit there would be a lot of people after lockdown who needed help to relieve their stress as the whole thing we know is having  a huge Impact on mental health.
I have spent most of my time decluttering as well as knitting lots of hearts which eventually will be doing our on behalf of the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary. They will be travelling too as there are already some across the pond awaiting distribution as soon as it is feasible. We also have a promised of someone distributing them in Spain as well as further afield. We know from various previous emails received before  lockdown they serum to fall into the tight hands. We are sure these ones will too when we gets chance to actually put them anywhere. We hope by the next post we will have better news regarding workshops, but meanwhile keep safe everyone.
We have been following Caroline Myss and this lady is amazing she always seem to hit the nail right on the head, but judge for yourselves  https://youtu.be/8CeoMTmPYmQ

Coming out of lockdown

Solstice Blessings everyone. Well this is certainly a strange time, but one very positive thing has emerged from it and that is  our What’s App. The whole group supports one another and we are hoping lots of spiritual friendships will have been formed and continue long after the pandemic has ceased even though many of the people  live in different parts of the country and indeed the world. We are hoping it will become even stronger. We are now 21 strong although not everyone attends each time. I think this is fine as 3 nights a week are a big commitment and we really appreciate those who manage to do this on a regular basis.
At the moment we are working on scrying and it love this method of divination. Love scrying clouds, water and sand. It is one of the oldest forms of divination and in the olden days during Winter fire scrying was a popular pass of passing time. Alan Albiston took a picture of the water feature in his garden and it brought forth some interesting results. It was done by way of an experiment and it certainly worked. Sadly it I could seem to get it up loaded to the blog as it doesn’t seem to like videos.
We are making plans for when we come out of lockdown and if this goes on much longer we will have to consider doing workshops on Team. Although I do feel our What’s App group has got its advantages as everyone can be comfortable. So we are considering what to do in whatever circumstances come about as I understand that some of the spiritualist churches will not be reopening until 2021 sadly, but it’s understandable as some are too small for social distancing and who do you turn away.
Now on another score I said I would review Blodwen E. Jones’s book “Moonstruck”.  What can I say I love it. It is down to earth with great humour and refreshing. I love poetry but even for those who forte it isn’t - I would say give this book a try. It shows too a lot of things which need to be brought to the fore. Thanks for sharing your insights Blod. One word of warning some of the language is a bit colourful.
I have also been following the recent videos of Caroline Myss a lady I hold a great respect for and she makes perfect sense of our strange times, but please don’t just take my word for it listen to what she has to say and make your own judgment, but I bet you will see exactly where she is coming from .(https://youtu.be/1EuV1lQqH

Normality what is that

Well still no nearer coming back to normality. What normality is to each person - it would just be nice if we could get back to even having small classes. Still our What’s App group is going great guns and everyone supports one another, which what makes it so special. Everyone really looks forward to the meetings online three times a week. Regularly on Tuesday evening, Thursday and Saturday from 8 pm till 9.30 pm. Although I admit it has been a challenge working out ways to teach without visual contact, but what I have noticed is how quickly those participating have improved in leaps and bounds

I am spending my time decluttering and knitting hearts for distribution once this chaos has vanished and I can leave them to be found without the fear of the faint possibility of contracting the virus. Both Daniel and I were pretty grim over Christmas And poor Daniel has that wretched cough for over three week or more. I have also now extended that to knitting them for hospitals as well as a few people I know personally who have had problems. Some will be going out to Spain to Juan Carlos who is going to leave them in various localities for people to find. I am hoping to get some sent to Germany and France too as well as others crossing the pond (Patricia Sevret Tucker has said she will put some out in her locality in the United  States of America
We are still hoping to go ahead with classes by September but this all depend on the decision of the committee of the Friends Meeting House to reopen and we still intend to have a sound healing workshop as a tribute to Julie Felix and then of course tree is the worshop with Les and Jacky Fuller. It also depends on travel age whetted it’s safe as my brother cones under the vulnerable as he has had ulcerated feet as well as being diabetic
I had also intendedto review Blod Jones’s book of poetry “Moonstruck”, but it been a vey odd week with me spending lots of time on the telephone as it seems so many people have had mega problems. I am also looking forward to doing my Art Therapy course as I do feel it will help a lot of people after lockdown. I is geared to desk with stress and anxiety as well as mental illness and those recover from alcoholism, I woo be sharing dome of my work on here.

Now What Next

I just love this picture which wa produced recently by Diana Samuel. It reminds me of Watership Downs by Richards Adams  who I had the pleasure of meeting at a book signing in Covent Garden. It is lovely and refreshing. We have had a lot of different results with this exercise and I am looking forward to yet more.
I will be so pleased when we can recommence our workshops at the Friends Meeting House. How lucky we are to be able to use this beautiful venue. I do miss them and I know a few other l people do .
I have been busy making hearts partly to go out to the world when some kind of normality returns and some have gone to hospitals or friend who who have youngest to are finding it so hard to cope with lockdown, which I totally understand. i am having exactly that problem myself, but realistically I know we are doing the right thing. Lots of these hearts will be sent abroad to hopefully cheer people up after the pandemic has cleared.
I have enrolled for a course in Art Therapy. to add to my teaching skills as it can be be used for anxiety, recovering alcoholics, those with mental illness as well as stress and personal self healing. Please keep safe everyone and send out healing  and peace to the earth.
I will also be reviewing a book by the lovely Blod Jones  by “Moonstruck”,  which is a book of poetry. Looking forward to reading it as it only arrived yesterday.

Cabin Fever

Still hoping to reopen the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary workshops by September or even August. Ad we previously said the first workshop we are anticipating having will be a tribute to the late Julie Felix who was an inspiration for our own Sound Healing Workshops. I still can’t really get to grips with her passing and I feel with the situation in regard to lockdown it seems worse. These energies at the moment are making everyone more sensitive including myself and indeed Daniel. Today I realised we had been in lockdown for three months and it could be for a least another months or even two. Getting back to my original topic we intend to make our first workshop one dedicated to Julie. I know that there are many people like ourselves who will miss this lovely lady’s physical presence, but hoped her transition to the world of spirit world beautiful and she was reunited with not only her family, but her many friends, Rest in peace beautiful lady.
We are also hoping the workshop with Jacky and Les Fuller go ahead on the 3rd October as I said priority will be given to those who have support we the sanctuary previously if social distancing has to be maintained. As yet I have not had any news of the venue being reopened. I will also be asking Alan Albiston amongst others to do a workshop as I feel this is just the right time for one of his nature workshops, but we are open to other ideas. We are also planning on doing a psychic art workshop as well as possible a craft workshop. We are really open to otter suggestions in regard to new workshops not only in the spiritual sense , but art and crafts as lockdown made me realise that I  am not utilising all of my skills. Please email yourcreativeself@outlookcom with any ideas you have in regards to workshops.
Whilst in lockdown I have been continuing with my knitting hearts projects plus knitting some for the Covid 19 victims and their family. As requested one heart for the patient and one for the relative , but I have also been knitting for those Who like ourselves  are suffering from “cabin fever” as it has been referred to. We have looked on its also as a time of reflection snd revaluation of which direction wes are heading.
One thing that has come out of lockdown is the What’s App group and I am so please and proud of the way the group has supported one another. We will be organising a retreat some time in the future so all can met

Many thanks for all the Lockdown Birthday Greetings

Just a short post to say thank you for all the lovely birthday greetings on my 80th birthday in lockdown at that. I will be so pleased when things go back to normal whatever normal is. Still the news is looking better and lockdown has taught us some new ways of delivering knowledge. Moreover we have learnt quite a bit from this confinement. Thank you he for the beautiful flowers and the lovely cards. I will  be using one lot of cards in our What's App Group tonight. I am so proud of the group and the way they are encouraging  one another. It was more than what the doctor ordered in these chaotic times and I  looking forward to planning the retreat as soon as this virus disappears which I feel it with around the end of July. I am still hoping to resume activities at Epping in September with a sound healing workshops in honour of Julie Felix. Followed by a workshop  with Jacky and Les Fuller. There will be a priority on those regular attendees of the Rainbow  Heal Sanctuary.
I am still knitting hearts for our own project, We but also for the hospitals and some friends as so many people are finding it difficult to contend with lockdown and the limitations on their lives.
The tutors at the moment on our retreat weekend will be Alan Albiston, Daniel Naughnane and myself, but info have some others in mind.

Perfect Social Distancing

Firstly I would like to thank Paul Bathgate for the picture, which amused me as its perfect social distancing and very appropriate for the times. Paul took this on his daily walk as he is a key worker so has to venture into London. It’s a bit bad when some humans don’t seem to know exactly what this is. I understand sadly the beach at Weston Super Mare was packed last weekend and worst still the hospital has had to refuse any new admission. Furthermore they have been forced into closing the A & E. This is not media hype as I have friends in that part of the world who verified this.
We sstill have no idea when we can resume normal circles or workshops, but I am not holding out any great hope on this score. My own feeling is the earliest will be September and we are definitely hoping that the workshop with  Jacky And Les Fuller will go ahead in October vas small meetings are now allowed outside. If the weather is clement  we could quite easily use the beautiful garden in the lovely venue we are so fortunate to be able to hire.
We have also decided tha after lockdown ceases  we will continue with our What’s App group once a week, but we will be charging either £5 per week or £15 per month which would comprise a two hour session. We have yet to decide which day it would be, but it would be a weekday. Please let me know if you would be interested.  I don’t know whether you all all realise we now number twenty although of course not everyone is there every evening
As you all know I have been encouraging  people to knit hearts for the hospital, but although they only statement they wanted a pair of hearts I thought I would make one into a key ring as I felt the relative would like something they could carry around with them. Please all of you continue to do this as lots of the hospitals are still needing these as they have still have lots of patients and relatives whom I am sure will find these a wee comfort. The picture on the right is of a poster which was sent to me by one of the hospitals in Kent and if you looking our Facebook page you will see both Kent hospitals so please include them in your knitting efforts, but also at the moment of course the General Hospital  in Weston Super Mare.  I find it quite scary they have had to close the A & E. It certainly hasn’t been good for the local  population as I would imagine there nearest hospital is in Bristol. We will once lockdown. has ceased be distributing our hearts for our own project and on last count it was seventy-five plus.
I hasten to add lots of good things have come  from of the lockdown including people join back to cooking instead of relying on fast food. Families have had more time to be with their children and jog tske part in the constant battle with time. Some have even got a large amount of rest during this time and been able to touch base with the nature. . On the whole people have been kinder to one another. Maybe people have realised money does not make the world go around and having the latest mobile telephone isn’t that important as they miss hugs from their nearest and dearest.
I do hope in my next post there will be better news for everybody. Including some kind of normality in regards to travelling even if one has to social distance. We can always get a few lessons from the pelicans in Saint James Park. Meanwhile  please keep safe.

Well we have now been in lockdown since the 23rd March, which by my calculations  is nine weeks today or 63 days. During that time we have been out exactly twice once to the doctors and once to see the chiropodist. How much longer I ask myself. Daniel is convince by July things will have improved and he did channel all of this long before it happened although at the  time he was just told “it was a time of darkness “ and then there would be big changes. Unfortunately he was not told exactly what would occur. He was however given the impression that those who were working for the light would be safe. We have decided no matter what we need to move into a greener environment. I spent my earlier life in a small village in Surrey where I was evacuated during the war. Now I want to return to this environment. I need the green and so does Daniel. So we are rethinking many things.
I am very happy with our What’s App group and its growing I do feel it has been very successful. It’s been a great challenge teaching wise and we have certainly learnt a great deal. The last exercise we set has produced some very interesting pieces of work and there are more to come. One member of the group as discover they can draw although they were told at school they were never any good. we have decided after lockdown we will continue with the group and basically charge a small fee per month to go towards the sanctuary we are determined to open.
We still do not know when we will be able to reopen, but we are still hoping to be able to have the workshop in October with Jacky and Les Fuller.  Moreover we are still determined the first work if possible will be a sound healing workshop in honour of a lovely spiritual lady Julie Felix how much we will miss this beautiful soul. I still can’t get to grips with it and will confess I feel very emotional especially if I play Tigers Eye and Rock Me Goddess.
I would also like to pay tribute to Haydn Clarke who was an excellent  psychic artist as well as a dear friend again grown his angels wings and I know he will be dearly missed by many people including of course Stevie Robinsonplease send lots of love and healing her way.
I am still busily knitting hearts and although my own store to put out into the world afte the virus has departed has not grown I have managed to knit a few to send to the hospitals as well as friends.

New Ways of working

Under the present circumstances we have had to find some new way to develop our spiritual awareness whilst also supporting one another. This is what we had in mind when we started our What’s App group and I hasn’t to add it seems to be working very well. Obviously this will not work for everyone and those who it does not work for gradually have left.  It seem now this is even more important as the lockdown for the churches could stay much longer in place. If we are going to be stuck with these options it seems we must find new way of working.. I am proud of the way every member of the established group have been on hand to support their fellow group members with all that is going on as we can make no forward plans at the moment. The actually lockdown rules are pretty vague and this is a worry. We are in a position where we can’t actually venture out as there are cars along our road are parked on the pavement so if someone is coming along there is noway of self
distancing. So we have give up the idea of going for a walk. It’s like sad, but I am resigned to having to do this at the moment. The picture on the left was one produce for our What’s App and I love it. Kim Linsdell who produced it is one of the best alternative therapists we know (obviously she can’t practice at the moment). She is also vey spiritually aware.
We are still hoping to reopen the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary in October when Les and Jacky Fuller are booked as we could police it enough to do social distancing there. If of course the weather is clement then there is always the garden whic would be ideal. So please remember we are hoping this will take place as are our regular members who will have priority on places.
I have been busy knitting hearts mainly for hospitals, but sadly I have had to knit some for friends who have been stricken with the virus. I will keep knitting for both and also for the project I started before the virus took hold and hopefully it won’t be too long until I can start redistributing them and even sending them to Spain, Mexico and Israel. Meanwhile everybody keep safe.

Well where does that leave us

Well after recent announcements it really does not look as if we will be physically meeting until later this year.. My own feeling it could be as late as September. The picture on the left was done by one of the students on our What’s App group. Well done Amanda Johns it is a very interesting piece of work (in fact I love it). I have done a survey regarding the group being done on video and it seems very few people want it to change as they like it as it is. One person stated it was the uniqueness that was so good and several said if the group went over to video they would leave. Several have problems with video calls and I must admit I have. I will however be looking at several other visual options if this lockdown continues, but not at the moment. I have to admit that It’s been a great challenge teaching this way.
We seem no further forward with lockdown. In fact in my humble opinion yesterdays announcements
seems quite dangerous as it afford no protection to those whom have to travel by public transport. I had hoped for face masks being made compulsory as it ensure you not passing on both viruses and bacteria to other people. As we know so little they are saying one could be a carrier and I for one would hate the thought I had passed it on to someone else.
On a more positive note lots of very encouraging things that have come from the virus. The ozone layer has mended, the bird song has been splendid and the rivers, sea and canals are cleaner.  The air has not been this clear since I can remember, so it looks like the enemy could be the saviour of Mother Earth.
I have been knitting more hearts not only for the hospitals, but also for several friends who have had loved ones make their transition to the higher life or as I would rather say gone home. Three more package are going into the post today with the hope they give some comfort to the bereaved.
Haydn Clarke has now been moved into a nursing home until he can gain use of legs once again and I understand that yesterday he was walking so please keep him on your healing list. Please add a friend of ours daughter who swallow a blade to your healing list.

What happens next

Love this touch of nature sent to me by Alan Albiston and it was just what I needed  being restricted somewhat inovements. I am yearning for greener pastures. Once lockdown is over we will be taking ourselves off to some green spot in the country where three rivers meet. So much sadness about at the  moment. It is difficult to make plans , but we are.  We are hoping we will be up and running ny October when   Les  and Jacky Fuller are booked to do a shamanic workshop. We will be giving priority to those people who have previously supported us at Epping and those on our newly formed What’s App group. It grown so much we had thought about dividing it into two groups, but everyone agreed this would be a great shame.  There picture below is one done by Tracey Forde Robinson which is being used amongst otters for a group reading. We are finding it quite challenging running a group without visual contact and devising new ways of working with exercises. It does seem to be working though. More important the group as a whole are  supporting each other.
We wish to offer our condolences to Carol Winmill on the passing of her mum who passed with covid 19. Poor Carol  now in isolation for 14 days.
I have managed to send off six pairs of hearts to different hospitals and these hopefully helping in some way. I am busily knitting more now as we have heard of more who need them. I find it difficult  - no impossible to imagine not seeing the dear departed  more not being able to attend the funeral.
On a happier note I understand a rainbow was seen around the sun today and hopefully in our next post I will be able to share a picture with you. and also will be sharing other  Pictures done by one or another of the group.
I am also working on some new workshops which will be put into operation as soon as lockdown has finished and even if we have to social distance for a time we can at least meet. As I have stated previously our first workshop will be a Sound Healing one in honour of the inspiration behind it Julie Felix. I still cannot get to grips with the fact She is no longer on the earth plane.
