What Next I ask

Well we are no further forward with running a workshop as such as unfortunately places to rent are too expensive without charging high admission costs. At the moment I do feel the What’s App is working very well and all  of the group have made huge strides. I certainly for  one have had to adapt exercises and teach in a totally different way with no visual contact. I do hope everyone has gained something as both Daniel and I feel we have. It is also the support within the group for one another. It’s a great pity we cannot get these meditations recorded, but no doubt in time we will. Here are some of the inspired prose etc the group wrote in response to a beautiful photograph taken by Elsie Poynton.

Rebecca

When we are on cloud nine middle earth is not far behind, the sun spreads far and wide like the hidden rainbow in the sky.

Sunset picture piece of philosophy...we all looked at that beautiful photograph and we all saw different things in it. Such is life. We all see things differently, what one person sees is completely different from what another person does. We all see what we are meant to see and this happens in our daily lives, we may all read the same piece of news and all have different views on what we have read. We all respond to anything that appears in our lives in various ways, this is because we are all unique in ourselves. We all have special gifts to offer to the world and this is how its meant to be. We are all part of Spirit and Spirit is part of us. Collectively we all hope to do our best and that is all we can do. No matter what each of us saw in the beautiful sunset picture, the individual interpretation from each of us all binds us together eventually, as although we may feel separate, we all entertwine and we are all part and parcel of this wonderful world. In the end we are all together as we are supposed to be.

Taking time to breath

Taking to listen to your inner voice

While your toes play in the sand

Looking at your indentions in the sand.

Your toes playing and

Gripping

The grains that were formed

Over million of years.

That have witness species

People

Even Empires

Come and go.

Then there's you

Now

Making your impression

What will it be,

A life lived with dreams

Love

Happiness

Or, in fear

Tolerating second best?

If in doubt, look to the setting sun

Of the past

The past of bad behaviours

And a rising sun

Of a new begining

And the love is ever lasting.

Love for thyself

Love from spirit

Where anything is possible

Truth for thyself

Knowing that spirit

Will never let you fall

Where horizons are just ready

To be explored

And new impression

To be indented in the sand

The presence of the illuminescent Angel in the dark sky, shimmering over calm waters, amidst the setting sun, offers protection.

As the vision of nature fades we see our inner landscape, contemplation in the stillness, with feelings of peace and harmony, a positive reflection of our mind.

Carol

I spread my arms to comfort you

To let you know I’m here,

I watch you as you plan your day,

I smile to see you sit there.

Eyes glazed over as you look out to sea,

You mimic it’s flow as breathing,

feel my breath on your face,

look up to me And see you smile

The sun smiles back for me.

Your heavy heart I try to mend,

Until we meet again.

Diana

I see two Angels when I enlarge this photo, but mainly there is a sense of anticipation, comfort and serenity. As if in this very troubled time the beauty of Nature still sends out it’s messages of calmness and hope and belief. It is a powerful photo.

Protecting and looking over us all from far and wide.                                            All of our helpers and guides.

With skies of blue, grey, orange and red.                                                          Out on the road, or even in bed.

Without a single word being said.

The beauty way. Create beauty in your life. Recognise the beauty inside yourself and others. Take time to smell the roses. Take a deep breath. Look up at the stars. And recognise the splendor that surrounds you. See the beauty in what ever situation you find yourself in. And you will receive the lesson life is teaching you in a kind and gentle way.

Dark sky colours bright

Clouds on horizon

Deep thoughts

Memories are made

Looking forward

Guides & angels are near

All for you

The future is bright

This words on the sunset picture  memories of amazing sunsets and sunrises and walks along  the beach times shared with loved ones and friends laughter and care free days these are what we hold on to in difficult times keeping our soul  nourished and uplifted keep them with you those times will come again we will walk in freedom and light hold on to the pure joy of living soon new doors are going to open new paths are being set promise of  a new tommorow is only a whisper away

We are still putting out our hearts given the opportunity, but I have also been drawn to sending some to various people with some interesting results. One of which was placed by a member of our group as well as being a valued friend. She actually saw it being picked up by a lady who the previous year had loss her husband in tragic circumstances. The magic of spirit,

I still cannot pay my tribute to Jim Winston as I still feel quite emotional about his passing and do miss our conversations. It will come eventually.

Meanwhile keep well stay safe. Blessings to all and be kind go one another.

What is coming next

I am so sorry it’s taken me such a long time to update the the blog, but I had hoped for news of when we can reopen the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary. Unfortunately no such good news, but I promise that as soon as we can we will. I had intended to do a tribute to our dear friend Jim Winston, but apart from still being the church warden it was he who helped and encouraged us to make the meditation Cd with such a professional approach. We had intended to record a sound healing one but now that seems quite remote. Jim really knew what he was doing having been part of the original Small Faces who used to rehearse in his fathers pub in Stratford. His funeral is tomorrow at 12.45 am. There will be a proper tribute next week after the funeral when hopefully  I don’t feel so emotional. Rest in Peace Jin we will miss you so much.
I am now busy knitting yellow hearts for those people who have family or friends who lost their fight with the virus. I am willing to knit them for any destination, but sound ask a small  contribution to the postage (PayPsl: rainbowhealingsanctusry@hotmail.co.uk), but please email yourcreativeself@outlook.com. We are still putting out our hearts for peace and below you can see one Ness Colbunn placed in Penge.
On a more pleasant note we are planning a long weekend retreat once thus mayhem and chaos is over. We are not sure where  though, but I am investigating venues and I will let you know when I have made a decision.
Sometimes out of chaos comes something magical and so fitting for these surreal crazy times emerges snd please listen yo the words of this song which is inspiring and uplifting “ “Hole in the Clouds”with Charles Foskett (https://youtu.be/WvG75ekoKko) and also look in comments box as I will be posting another link with a beautiful track by Julie Felix who is missed by so many including us. It brought me to tears definitely spirits gain and our loss.
