So Into May

Well it looks as we will be stuck in lockdown for a few more weeks yet, which is making me even more determined when this has been resolved we need to move to a more greener part of the world. Having been stuck without a place we could take a walk or see proper landscapes.
The plus side of the lockdown is we are having to find different ways to teach on What’s App and it has been a rewarding challenge. Hopefully it has been beneficial to all participants. We meet now three times a week which are from 8 pm to 8.30 pm on both Tuesday and Saturday then from 8.30 pm to 10 pm on a Thursday. We are hoping to continue with these after the lockdown ceases once a week if everyone feels they wish to continue. The other evening we used this picture for part of our session and bless my dear mum she didn’t let us down with messages loud and clear.
It is been a very sad time and I wish to offer our condolences to Elsie Poyton on the death of her daughter Deborah Smith and to Christine Oborne on the death of her husband Alan Oborne. Please spare a healing thought for them and also Haydn Clarke who has been in hospital yet again. They are talking of discharging him, but from what I gather no clear indication on exactly what is wrong.
We are still making plans for when lockdown is finished, but until we get some real indication Of when this will be we can’t really be concrete about it. We however do know we will be have a “Sound Healing Workshop” with Daniel Naughnane and myself plus a Shamanic one with Les and Jacky Fuller
I am still knitting hearts to distribute after this mayhem has finished as well as pairs of hearts for hospital for patients and their relatives, which I hope is some way will help with the stress relating to this virus.  It is such a small thing when I think of all those in the medical profession plus the other vital workers who are making life easier for us who have to self isolate. My personal thanks goes out to them and I will be out clapping on Thursday evening at at 8 pm.
Finally I will be adding videos (https://youtu.be/xVvmBzOlb2A)and some of the magical pieces which are written on our Spiritual Forum during the meetings some of which are quite profound. The videos and such like are items which I feel you might get some benefit from as I did. Meanwhile keep safe and social distance plus stay at home.

Earth Day

Yesterday was Earth Day and this is an interesting subject as for so long we have in my opinion been misusing Mother Earth. Now with this virus she is recovering and the planet is starting to rejuvenate herself. The air is cleaner and so are the rivers. It is being said that the canals in Venice are now seeing swans and dolphins return there. People rich and poor are being struck by this silent killer. I say silent as it can strike anywhere and anybody. We humans are now having to self distance and even at a time of high pollen a sneeze can cause panic. Maybe this is a lesson for us all. Maybe in some bizarre way once the silent killer has vanished we will learn to live in harmony with her and our fellow human beings. Maybe this will bring forth a time of peace. Maybe I am being to optimistic, but there is enough for all on this beautiful magical planet of great spirit. I felt the picture on the left very appropriate as it showed the true beauty of Mother Nature.
Now back to more mundane things our What’s App Group is now growing and we have 30 members in various levels of development all supporting one another in this time of isolation. We intend to keep the group going for at least one night a week once this “self isolation” period is over as I have discovered that for some people it is their only form of development.  At the moment we have decided we will we meeting three times a week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The times for Tuesday and Saturday will be 8.00 pm to 9.30 pm then on Thursday from 8.30 pm to 10 pm. I will also we posting little gems of inspiration in the comments box on this blog. Daniel Naughnane has been recording some sound healing chants for the days in between and I will try to post some of these as well. He is hoping to do one for earth day tonight with the hope we can extend our love to her as a group. If I cannot post these in the comment box those of you who would like to hear them can email me at yourcreativeself@outlook.com or text us on 07927 288904.
It is rather impossible to plan anything in the way of future meetings, but do rest assured that once this is possible we will be organising one and we will I hope be able to go ahead with the shamanic one on the 3rd October with Jacky and Les Fuller.
I will also we searching for a suitable venue for a retreat for the group and more important somewhere to establish a permanent home for the “Rainbow Healing Sanctuary”. Meanwhile keep safe all of you.

Another Three Weeks

Is anyone like myself desperate for a walk in nature and I have the urge to hug a tree. More than anything be at one with nature and just be. This time of isolation has made me realise how much I miss living in the country amongst trees and woodlands. I yearn to return to those days.
We are completely cut off as even if we go out it is difficult to self distance from anyone.  We have therefore decided it is not possible. There seems to be more barbecues than usual and I guess it some people’s way of keeping near people, but not. Who really knows and I feel so sorry for anyone suffering from OCD or Asperger syndrome or in fact any disability. We have been lucky to have had a delivery every week from Abel and Cole with fresh fruit and vegetables.
I know we have been asked to run a circle or workshops on social media, but as I said in a previous post my expertise in this field in minimal. I am having problems to a certain degree on What’s App and its really difficult for some with dyslexia to cope with the texting in black and white. It would be nice if some kind person invented a way of changing either the background or text colour. Having said this are group has now grown to 25 including members from the United States of America, Italy and Spain.  I have been delighted with some of the insights  members have shared with us and I have placed some of the in the comment box on the blog and will continue to do so. The contribution I posted yesterday were from Alan Albiston and Diana Samuels. Another thing we have arranged in that next year all members of the group the group that want to will go on retreat. The tutors will be Diana Samuels, Alan Albiston and ourselves. I do have my doubts about when we will be able to resume normal circle as it looks like social distancing may be with us for sometime in the foreseeable future. One thing I am determined about is that as soon as this is over we are moving to somewhere with more green countryside plus a determined effort to establish the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary in a permanent venue.
I am still knitting hearts and hopefully I will be able to get them in the post sometime later this week and I have lost track of how many others I have knitted some of which will be heading towards Spain as soon as restrictions are lifted. Meanwhile KEEP SAFE.

More Isolation News

Well after today’s news I am not sure when we will be out of lockdown. That is the bad news, but the good news is the the air pollution is clearing even in London so we understand. I can’t say I am enjoying being stuck in all the time and I yearn for a walk in nature. How I envy those people who live near open countryside or  woodland. I would like to give a great big round of applause and thanks to those brave souls who have been risking their lives that is to say the medical profession from the cleaners up to the surgeons plus the pharmacies who have stayed open, the transport workers, shop assistants and those that main telephones plus the cab drivers.  Let’s not forget the delivery people and the lorry and van drivers. I doubt life will ever go back to what it was before lockdown. In someways it’s a blessing. We cannot plan anything as yet and the only two things decided are a workshop with Les and Jacky Fuller on 3rd October plus our own “Sound healing workshop” by way of a tribute to Julie Felix who was our inspiration for these workshops . One of our students Joanne Alridge has been busy making scrubs for the nurses and I understand Amie from “Little Sew n Sew” in Epping has been doing the same. Well done ladies. We are also please to relate Carol’s mum is doing the same who had the virus is recovering. I have made several pairs of hearts for hospitals and will continue to do so each time I hear of a new request.
Lots of people have request I do something on social media, Skype or Zoom but in honesty I have not got the equipment nor the expertise to do this and I know it could end up being “a dogs dinner” as saying goes. Having seen one or two of these recently it underlines my decision not to attempt such an enterprise and will therefore at this moment stick to my decision. We have however formed a What’s App Group which was convened a few days ago with great success. Especially as it encompasses people from various part’s of the United Kingdom as well as abroad.  I will possibly be adding various interesting bits from the groups musings. We are also planning a retreat next year. So it’s imported we all Stay at Home and Keep Safe

Hearts for Hospitals

As you know we have been knitting hearts to put out into the world once the virus has disappeared or they have found something to halt its progress. We are quite curious to know whether this one on the left was ever claimed or is it still sitting there waiting for an owner. We now understand several hospitals are asking that those that knit, crochet, sew or felt could make a pair of hearts one to be given to the patient and the other to be given to the family.  I am now seconding this plea and on my previous post you will see one and now a hospital in Surrey are asking for the same thing. I intend to continue with my own project, but also knit a pair of hearts for each hospital I see asking for them. I feel this way thr combined efforts will put out a positive message plus a loving vibration into the world.  The address of the second one I have seen is as follows:- Palliative Care Team, Easr Surrey Hospital, Canada Avenue, Redhill, Surrey RH1 5RH. I have also messaged our local hospital to ask them to consider doing this plus asking Alex to see what she can organise in this area. I will where possible print any new pleas as soon as I hear of them.
Meanwhile I will continue with my own heart project as well as trying to organise future workshops at Epping as I for one have been missing the teaching as well as the workshops. It hard to know when we will all be back to some normality. I am aiming towards the end of May or into June.  I intend to ask Alan Albiston, Michael Redwin, Lucya Starza adding that Elizabeth Gale is already booked as well as Les Jacky Fuller. All being well we will open with a Sound Healing Workshop with both myself and Daniel Naughnane dedicated to the late Julie Felix (with tears in my eyes as I write this as we are still coming to terms with it). If any of you have any ideas regarding other workshops please comment in the box below.  We are always open to suggestions. I am still trying to arrange some online group either via What’s A or Zoom. I hope you will all have a restful weekend without any stress and normal activities will be resumed soon. May Great Spirit bring abundance and blessings. Meanwhile keep in contact and keep safe.

What’s new on the isolation front

Well at the moment we are spending our time going out the minimal amount of time possible. In honesty l am scared to go too far afield. Unfortunately some people don’t seem to understand social distancing, which makes even going out nerve wracking. We also read that a hospital in Swindon is asking for a pair of double hearts, one of which can be given to the Coronavirus patient and one to the family.  Important to use clean yarn and put them in a freezer bag which is all taped up with the date on as the virus dies on yarns after 72 hours. This plea was put out by Ms.Kirby-Deacon. Addressed to : Bright Futures at Great Western Hospital, Marlborough Road, Swindon, SN3 6BB. I will be knitting a couple of pairs of these to send out. If anyone wants to join me and hasn’t got a pattern please email me on yourcreativeself@outlook.com
Our next piece of news is not good our dear friend Susan Motson passed to spirit. We are not sure of all the details, but she is now reunited with Eric. Susan was not only a good medium, but an excellent teacher and she will be missed by all who knew her.  Added to that a lovely man and excellent medium Peter Geekie has also passed. Gone home as I prefer to say. I am sure the spirit world welcomed both with open arms. As far as I know they weren’t related to the virus, but can’t verify this. We would like give our condolences to to Bill Forester on the passing of his son Stevie Forester with the virus. On a brighter note Frederica, Aida and Juan Carlos are safe and we hope soon they will be out of self isolation and getting back to a normal existence. Keep safe guys as we aren’t out of the woods yet by a long stroke. We are hoping that soon we will be out of this crisis and back to normal. Whatever normal is. We are planning that our first workshop will be a tribute to Julie Felix who inspired  to do our own sound healing workshops.  We have a workshop booked with Les and Jacky Fuller on 3rd October so we have something to look forward to being at. We also are going on knitting and making hearts to put out into the world after the virus has vanished and anyone interested can see our group on Facebook “ Rainbow Healing Sanctuary Hearts for the  Love of Peace”. The images on here are just some of the hearts I have knitted to date to go out into the world.  Please come and join us.
