Intentions not accomplished

We hope everybody is enjoying the weather.  I must admit its far too hot for me.  We have nothing much in the pipeline re workshops ourselves at the moment, although I keep thing about a pop up workshop and also I would like to participate in the craftanoon for Mind.Uk, but need a venue preferably in East London.  The pop up workshop could be any venue which is suitable.
We would like to remind you that Alan Albiston will be doing a workshop for us on the 20th July in Epping and I really do think we are so fortunate in being able to hire such a lovely space.  Our afternoon workshops seem to be doing well in as much as they are being enjoyed and better still the participants are learning different tools even if some are very basic.  The photograph on here above on the left is from the afternoon with water scrying and I wonder what you can see.  This was part of the workshop, but what was left when Daniel cleaning the herbs away from the bowl, which we both found quite interesting.  We intend to go on with various mini workshops like this using tools for both intuition and linking into spirit.
I decided today to take a look at our intentions which were set earlier this year and I am afraid we are not doing too well as so far Daniel has accomplished numbers 4, 6, 9 .  and 11.  Mine are worse so far numbers 2, 4 and 7
Daniel's Intentions

1.   Getting organised (de-clutter) rooms, kitchen, craft and workshop materials.
2.   Having a place for everything (and everything in it's place)
3.   Improving sleep pattern  (early night - early start)
4.   Rationalise cuttings (newspapers and magazines)
5.   Making time for personal communication with guides
6.   Make more time for creativity
7.   Do some home baking
8.   Visit new churches
9.   Attend more workshops which interest me
10.  See new mediums
11.  Learn a needle craft
12.  Learn my human anatomy
13.  Attend another course with Daniel Mapel
14.  Driving lessons
15.  Attend another workshop with Ian White

Pat's Intentions

1.  Clearing the clutter from our home
2.  Go to workshops with new tutors
3.  Visit a new church once a month
4.  Learn to do needle felting
5.  Learn to do arm knitting
5.  Lose weight
6.  Create new creative spiritual workshops
7.  Pay it forward once a week
8.  One day a week for us doing something we both want to do.
9.  Start my Book of Shadows
10. Move home
11. Finding somewhere permanent for the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary
12. Walking at least 20 minutes a day when the weather gets better.
13. Go on the second part of the practitioners course with Daniel Mapel (Ian White next)
14. Get to grips with Amigurumi (possibly go on a course)
15. Learn Ikebana

So we have decided to rethink and the one thing we have accomplished is the needle felting and managing to get to some new workshops.  We are going to the Wool and Textile Festival this weekend at the Woodlands Farm on both Saturday and Sunday.  There are some mini workshops including felting, Tunisian crocheting and origami See mini picture on the right (https://seyalondon.wordpress.com/contact/).  I felt the following very interesting so I have added this link (https://www.sciencealert.com/modern-life-is-brutal-here-s-why-craft-is-so-good-for-our-health).  Take a look and let us know your opinion.
