Mary and the staff at the Waldron Centre are very well organised and greet everyone with a smile, which is actually what’s needed amongst all this chaos and mayhem.

Abel and Cole have been amazing throughput these crazy and chaotic times. I think we would have been a lot hungrier without their deliveries.

Our lovely postman who despite the weather and the virus has been a gem. We live the fifties end of Northover over on BR1

Lastly a lovely lady called Louise who got my  slippers here in one day from Street in Somerset from Cosyfeet. I am truly grateful as my feet were very painful. Now they are cosy again,

Lastly I am so proud of our group and the support they have given each other during this crazy unpredictable times and many lasting friendships will have been formed. I am sure in the next months it will go from strength to strength. Thank you everyone of you for not only being part of the group but part of our lives.
Hopefully we will all be able to go on a retreat after this chaos is just a memory and we will just carry lessons learnt. Meanwhile hopefully we we can at least have contact this way and bid farewell to last year.
I am planning. On some new exercises during the next few months as I still feel this will all get resolved March/April the we can hold a workshop at Epping. We can’t make anymore plans, but we now know we must move and start a proper sanctuary somehow this has to be manifested next year. How is a major mystery, but we need it.
When we get it off the ground you in the group  will all be asked to the opening plus given the opportunity to have a great week. Hopefully we can make it a free weekend if not very responsibly priced to thanks you Alan, Alex, Amanda, Antony, Carol, Daniel, Diana, Federica,Gillian, Julie, John, Jules, Kim A, Kim L, Paul, Rebecca, Sandra and Tracey. Those quietly in the background Alfred. Jules, Juan Carlos and Mike.
Lastly I would like to wish you a Happy Healthy Stress free and Abundant 2021.
