I hope you are all enjoying the hot weather.  I will confess that neither Daniel nor I are. There is lots going on at the moment and masses of workshops to think about going to.  Firstly Graham Watson is continuing his "Grand Gnome Tour" of the churches.  His next port of call will be on Saturday the 14th June at Crawley Spiritual Church, Capel Lane, Gossops Green Crawley, RH11 8HL and then on the 18th June at Three Bridges Spiritual Church, New Street, Three Bridges Crawley RH10 1LW and then on the 19th June at Woking Spiritual Church, Grove Road, GU21 5JB.I have posted this picture of Mr.Silly, Mr.Valentine and Mr.Posh two of which are joining the tour and hopefully will be there in time for those mentioned.  Now to workshops and I noticed that Alan Albiston is having a workshop this Saturday the 14th June at Harrow Spiritualist Church, 1 Vaughan Road, Middlesex.HA1 4DP "The Magic of Nature Worship".  I notice he is repeating that workshop on the 21st June at Brentwood Spiritualist Church, Primrose Hill, Brentwood, Essex CM14LT.  Alan  is highly recommend by us as he is an excellent tutor. On the 21st June there will be another workshop we would have loved to have attended run  by Roz Sharkawy called "The Process of Alchemy" and if we hadn't been teaching at Stockwell Spiritualist Church, St.Michaels Road, SW9 0SL ourselves with our "Sound Healing with Colour Workshop" we would have dearly loved to attended this one.  Roz is a first class teacher and I would recommend her completely as I am sure those who attended her last workshop would agree. This will start at 12 noon at Woodford Church (www.woodfordchurch.com)  If you are near Stockwell please come and experience this powerful form of healing which helps to relieve the stress of modern society and the fast pace of life to which we are all subjected. It starts at 11 am and finishes around 4.30 pm. We are pleased to announce that we will be busy in July as we are hoping to start a meditation group at Grove Park as well as the new Awareness Group at Woodford Spiritualist Church, which starts on 4th July at 7.30 and will encompasses all the basics of spiritualism as well as helping people to be aware of their own intuition and abilities.  It is aimed at beginners, but everyone is welcome.  Having talked to a number of people we have discovered that many of them feel their actually knowledge is not what it should be and therefore its open to all.   Following this on then 8th July will be our "Co- Create With Spirit", which  starts at 12 noon will  finishes at 4pm and then on the 13th July again our "Intuitive Ways with a Sketchbook".  1 pm to 5.30 pm.  The gnomes as well as the owls etc, are being made to raise fund to start our own Academy and we need to find other ways to raise funds so if you know of any halls in or around London  that are cheap to hire I would be grateful if you could either post on this blog or email rainbowhealingsantuary@hotmail.co.uk.  At the moment the fund is just £311 and we need to raise a lot ,more to get it off the ground,  Any ideas too you guys who do fund raising. If you are interested in buying any of our knitted goods and especially the gnomes and owls look on http://craftladyrainbow.blogspot.com or ring 07927 288904 or me.

 

 

 

 

Well these are two of the gnomes we have been auctioning to raise funds to fund our sanctuary.  This is amongst serving churches and organising workshops. Graham Watson has purchased two of these little fellows we call naughty gnomes and they have begun touring churches in around the country.....so watch out they may be coming to a church near you.  They have already visited Bognor Regis Spiritualist Church and then on to Hackbridge Spiritualist Church.  Graham has managed to keep these naughty gnomes under control, but who knows what will occur at the next churches he is serving on May 31st it will be Tolworth Spiritualist Church, which starts at 7pm and the address is 12a Princes Avenue, Tolworth, KT16 7JJ and then on the 1st June Graham will be at Walton Christian Spiritualist Church at 6.30 pm and the address is The Halfway, 143 Hersham Road, Walton, Surrey, KT12 1RW.  Then on the 4th June at Hounslow Spiritualist Church, 15 Hansworth Terrace, Hounslow TW3 3TS. Now up to now he has been able to control these little fellows, but what will happen nextime?  This we will have to wait and see. Now to the rest of the news and any more recommendations we have.  Our next workshop is on the 1st June at Woodford Spiritualist Church and starts at 12 noon "Co- Create With Spirit.  It finishes around 4 pm and then we will be going on to serve Barbara Barnes  little sanctuary on the Isle of Dogs which is at the Barkentine Hall in Westferry Road, London E14.  Who knows what might happen there as "Big Ted" (another ) wants to practice just in case he gets to go on the "Grand Gnome Tour". and Mr.Silly though he might put in an appearance.  On the 10th June we are back at Woodford Spiritual Church and this time with "Intuitive Ways with a Sketchbook" which starts at 1pm and finishes around 5.30 pm.(www.woodfordchurch.com).  Then we are at Stockwell on the 21st June with "Sound Healing with Colour" and there will be more details of that in our next post.  Those of you who have experienced our sound healing workshops know what energy they generate.  I have two more recommendations and they are both at Woodford Spiritualist Church.  The first is with Judith Thorne on the 7th June and it will start at noon " Spiritual Survival" and then on the 21st June a workshop with Roz Sharkaway "The Process of Alchemy".  Both in my opinion will be well worth attending as both these ladies have a wealth of knowledge which they are eager to share. All details can be found on the website of the church, which I have previously mentioned.  Lastly our latest piece of news, which we wish to share is that we will be running an Awareness Group in East London.  Although this is aimed at beginners everyone will be welcome.  Again there will be more details in our next post.  Incidental Judith will also be doing a workshop at the Blue Moon Spiritual Centre in Oxted, Surrey and I will be posting more details of that in one of our next posts. This centre is run by two lovely ladies Carole Pilcher and Sarah Sales.
 

 

The new" Intuitive Ways with a Sketchbook" is bring forth some amazing results these are the latest printings to be produce and the media is acrylic.  I will be showing just some of these done over the next few posts.  The one on the right is quite awesome and we couldn't believe this image when it presented itself.  I would be very interested to hear some of the comments in regard to this work.  please  post on the place for comments below.  We have now decided that these workshops will be held only once a month and the next one will be on June 10th

and the "Co Create with Spirit" will on the lst June which is a Sunday starting at 12 noon instead of 11am.  As many of you know we travel from the fringes of Kent to teach and this extra hour will give us a stress free journey.  We will also be reducing the price and we are hoping soon to start a course entitled "Make your Own Oracle Cards"  in the evening.  Dates to be announced.  Next Saturday 17th May we are at the "Blue Moon Spiritual Centre" with our "Sound Healing with Colour" workshop.  I believe that there might be a couple of places left so ring Sarah Sales on 07920763493 or Carole Pilcher on 07541992417 as I also believe Terry Bowen has a past life workshop on the 7th June.  Quite sad as we are already committed on the 7th June, but do watch out as this centre is about to grow.  Next Sunday at the Island of Light the little church run by Barbara Barnes in dockland is the special where readings will be offered at a very reasonable price plus massage with Rafia Ajaz.  The readers are Daniel Naughnane, Phil Warr plus some new readers who are Frank Villiers, Nancy Jade Althea plus a lady called Marcia whose last name I don't know and of course your truly.  Starts at 6.30 and the address is the Barkentine Hall, Westferry Road, London E14.   Before I close this post I would just like to mention two other workshops which will be worth while attending (I will be there myself all being well and so will Daniel.  The first is "Spiritual Survival" on the 7th June with Judith Thorne a very knowledgeable lady and equally knowledgeable is Roz Sharkaway on the 21st June "Alchemy of Sound".  More details can be found on www.woodfordchurch.com

 

Today I am adding a selection of pictures that have been produced up till now for our "Intuitive Ways With a Sketchbook".  This is an on going course and it isn't too late to join this exciting course as each day stands alone.  Last Tuesday we did some printmaking using the canvas that Mother Nature provides us with and some interest work was produced.  Here you will see a selection of this and those produced on the earlier workshops.  By the end of the day the energies had become so high we were rewards with orbs on the walls of the church.  It was all very,   very exciting as none of us had seen them before. This little print on the right look like there are two little owls sitting on a branch of a tree.  Hopefully after the next workshop we will show you even more example of work.  We are planning on holding the next one on 29th April, but due to the expected strike on the tubes there is a possibility we may be compelled to move it to the Thursday and hopefully this will be a one off.  Lets see what happens it will all be announced on the website and on the blog.  I have not yet checked whether we could  actually move it yet.  We have many more exciting ideas and ways of being creative.  Note you do not have to be able to draw to attend this course.  On April the 23rd we are back at one of our favourite churches Chingford, St.Francis Church, Hawkwood Crescent, London E4 7PH on the edge of Epping Forest where we always received such a warm welcome.  We are hoping to take Liz Gale with us again just so she can gain experience on the rostrum.  Liz is an excellent medium as well as a lovely human being and we hope soon she will be booked by churches in her own right.  On Sunday the 4th we are at Woodford Church (www.woodfordchurch.com) all way firstly giving those people who cannot attend the Tuesday day time course a chance to participate in a taster of the "Intuitive Ways with Printmaking", but of course the Tuesday Students can come as well as they know each day produces different work with the combined energies of the group.  These workshops are an exciting new way to work so please join us if you can.  We will then be taking the evening service.  On the following Tuesday we are at Petts Wood, but more details of that in our next post. This is yet another image done on the 1st April and it really needs to be seen at different angles to get the full value of this piece of work,  There is an animal leaping up and an eye.  At one angle you can see a  figure on top of a column and if you could carefully you will see much more. I have enlarged the section with the figure on top of a column as it will be interest to here comments and if you compare these with those I posted on my previous post you can see how different they are. Below is another and the next time we are hoping to work with print making and no skills are needed as we will teach you everything you need to know.  Come and let your inner child be creative.  Our next workshop is on the Tuesday15th April and will start at 1pm to 5.30pm. You will be seeing lots of different images during the course and I will be showing different students work.  If you can't make this we will be having a one off Sunday workshop on May 4th from 1pm to around 4.30 pm. Images from the workshop held on the 1st April

As promised I am adding images from the "Intuitive Ways With a Sketchbook" that was held on the 1st of April as you will see the images are all different and quite interesting.  In this one on the left you can see little figures whereas the one above on the right has an eye  and a small child plus a besom, which looks as if its bending in the wind. In the one below on the left below there looks like part of a fish plus the head of a dolphin.  We will be running other workshops like this using different ways of working, which can be used intuitively and give guidance on everyday events as well as insights. I would be interested to see what other people glean from these.  The one on the right  looks like a forest area with a carpet of flowers on the ground.  Please feel free to post comments on exactly what you feel they are I will be posting some more in another post in a few moment.  Our next workshop is on the Tuesday 15th April and starts at 1pm and finishes around 5pm to 5.30pm.  We will be working in different ways throughout the course and it is on going each day stands alone so if you miss one it isn't important.  Please come and join us. 

News and Sketchbook Workshop

There seems to be quite a lot going on firstly our "Intuitive Ways with a Sketchbook" is growing in numbers and we had some lovely pieces of work done during the last lesson a lot of which we will be posting on here during the course.  This course as you all know is being held at Woodford Spiritualist Church (www.woodfordchurch.com).  The dates of this are as following the 15th April, 29th April, 13th May, 27th May (it will be an on going course so dates will be announced nearer the time.  It starts at 1pm and finishes around 5pm to 5.30. Our new Sunday course "Co-create with Spirit" now starts on the Sunday 11th May at 11 am and finishes at 4.30 pm.  It was decide due to the marathon to cancel the 13th April as we felt a lot of people would have transport problems including ourselves. 1st June, 11th July and 10th August (again at Woodford Church and dates to be announced later). We will be doing another workshop on the 4th May to instead of the one on April 13th "Intuitive Ways with Printmaking" at totally different kind of course.  It will start at 12 noon and go on until 4.30 pm and we are also the mediums taking the service at Woodford that evening starts at 6.30pm.  Cost each workshop is  £10 although there might be a one off payment of £5 on the Sketchbook workshop if a lot more material costs are incurred. Also later this month we are back at Wimbledon for a "Holistic and Psychic Fayre" organised by Liz Gale and at the moment readers are ourselves, Coleen Rechere, Liz herself and Nigel Irving will be doing astrology plus Reiki.
