Happy New Year

I would like to wish our students and readers a very Happy New Year which is peaceful, healthy, full of abundance and blessings.  We are really looking forward to putting into operation our latest plans and especially facilitating some new workshops.  Most I am sure will agree that 2018 has not been one of the most fruitful years and many people have had problems including health issues and finance.  I am thank the universe for the lessons learnt and waving goodbye with a few good memories.  We have no bookings until the middle of February 2019 as I am very aware that the weather can be difficult to predict and we had cancelling bookings. Nevertheless I know my record on icy stretches isn't good.  We have however got our circles starting on the 8th January at Woodford Spiritualist Church (www.woodforchurch.com) so hopefully Frau Holda will let us at least start the New Year on an ice free note (see website for full details). I believe that week John Jenkin, Brenda Hodgson and Sharon Law recommence their circles.

I would also like to draw your a attention to an event at Wicca Moon in Eltham with Jack Gale (http://www.wiccamoon.co.uk). We are now looking forward to Jack's evening on the 10th January  and  you can let your imagination take you where you will as the title of the evening is " Dark Tales for the Dark Nights with the Dark Lord".  If you have never been to a talk with Jack then I can assure you that you have a treat in store as he is a very knowledgeable man (including the fairy realms Sharon Law).  It starts at 7 pm until 8.30 pm.  Cost just £5 which includes refreshments. 

As I have already said we have a number of new ideas for workshops and we are looking forward to bringing them to fruition.

Dark Tales for the Dark Nights

We hope you all had a nice Christmas and an enjoyable Boxing Day.  We have we blessed so far with not having snow.  Although I admit it is quite magical if you are in a nice country setting, but in London or the fringes as it  turns to slush and then becomes an ice rink.  Quite dangerous too.  We have no bookings until the middle of February 2019 as I am very careful when there is ice about.  We have however got our circles starting on the 8th January at Woodford Spiritualist Church (www.woodforchurch.com) so hopefully Frau Holda will let us at least start the New Year on an ice free note (see website for full details).  We would like to draw your attention to an event at Wicca Moon in Eltham with Jack Gale (http://www.wiccamoon.org.uk). Welcome Solstice and the light to come

Whatever and wherever you celebrating whether it be Solstice or Christmas or some other festival it is the season of light and we are celebrating a birth if of nothing else a new year coming.  We hope the new year will bring you many blessings and your path will be lit leading you onwards. we had a lovely trip last week searching for last minute goodies.  Especially for my brother and also to make a trip to Wicca Moon in Eltham (www.wiccamoon.org.uk).  Thank you all the witches in attendance especially Shirlee Moon and Kim Towler. We really enjoyed serving Woodford Spiritual Church last Monday and it was so nice to see John Rooney.  We would also like to thank him for transporting us through Blackwall Tunnel saving us from the chaos of the rush hour.  It was a very uplifting service even if we do say so ourselves and we look forward to be there next year.  There are some very interesting workshops coming up and they are kept at a reasonable price, which is unusual in this modern world.  The church follows old traditions and keeps the process accessible for all.  If you are in the locality please come and visit the church where I can guarantee you will be given the warmest of welcomes.  Our workshop yesterday we feel went very well and we had some lovely inspirational pieces, which I will share with you in the next few posts and I am sure you will agree (www.woodfordchurch.com). 

The Positive Way 

In order to get through life we need to have an understanding of other people and ourselves.  When we are able to be humorous and creative we open up our universal self and allow our soul to grow. The world around us is a colourful place and there is a need to be positive, helpful and friendly.  Lets develop our qualities so that we are calm, kind, good natured and cool.  As we become observant we can be artistic and assertive to show the beautiful world we live in and share this light and life together.

A  couple of last things firstly don't forget there is another charity event to raise money for the brain tumour trust tomorrow afternoon at Woodford Church and I know Susan Watson will make you very welcome. 

Lastly don't forget all our knitted items are for sale and all profits go our fund in order to keep our sanctuary afloat and with the hope in the future to have a place that is permanently our to do our work as well as having somewhere for healing including animals and also a small friendship café where people can met and make friends.

Don't forget tomorrow we are serving Woodford Spiritualist Church and we would love to see some of you there.  It is the last service of the year.  Although I hasten to add on Thursday afternoon there is a charity event and the medium that afternoon is Paul Bathgate and I know Susan Watson will give you a warm welcome (Entrance only £3).   Don't forget also that on  Tuesday afternoon that is the 18th December we are running our last workshop of the year followed by the circle.  Everyone welcome (www.woodfordchurch.com).   

Yuletide Blessings

I hope all of you are managing to keep warm.  Especially now we are being threatened with a big freeze including icy rain and snow.  We will go to ground as apart from circle we have no more commitments until February 2019.  There certainly has been a drop in temperature and one can feel Winter approaching rapidly.  We have had one interesting piece from our six word challenge from Robin Jez who lives in Kalamazoo (across the pond)  and I will be interested to see more.  Although I understand both Angie Macleod and Dawn Tomsett are having problems posting in the blog comment box and I have no idea why.  I am endeavouring to find out what the problem is I have agreed with Angie that I will add hers to the post, which I will do towards the end of this particular post.  The picture on the left is one some of you have probably seen before as it was taken many moons ago in Sunny Leigh in Weston Super Mare, but I thought it would interest Nicholas and Diana.   No trick photography here and one can see the pink light etc.  The lady who ran my mother care home had an affinity with cats and my favourite cat there was spooky.  So named as he was not too keen on all humans and was very easily spooked.  As I said our first event will be at Epping with Alan Albiston and we will also have a day of readings and short workshops.  The date has yet to be fixed so keep an eye on this blog for news.  Now to Angie Macleod's offering with the words, which are as you may remember blessings, regeneration, on, move, participation and fearless.

We are the mediums serving Woodford Church next Monday at their afternoon service and our lovely President Iris Klein will be chairing for us (no doubt with her Santa Claus hat).  Its going to be a lovely service.  So please come and join us.  You will be made very welcome as no doubt there will be cake and a nice cup of tea (www.woodfordchurch.com).    

Last nights circle was very interesting and we did an exercise where between pairs they composed an inspiration piece and we had some amazing results which I will share with you.  I would like to say well done all you who attended.  Sharon Law who runs the open circle was having her last circle for this year as unfortunately the evening of the 18th December has now been taken by various celebrations.  So not only did students have the delights of the circle and all it held, but also a seasonal celebration, which by the sounds of the laughter we heard was enjoyed by all.  We will be having our celebration next week and I believe Sharon will be joining us during the early part of the day. This is going to start around 2.30 pm and continue with a few breaks until around 8.30 to 9 in the evening.  We will be calling a lunch break around 5.30 for an hour and then continuing.  Do be prepared to work as although we will be celebrating the end of this year with a seasonal celebration, we do intend to be working as well.  Lots of lovely surprises.  Please come and join us.  Its going to be fun. Before this on the Monday 17th December we are the mediums serving Woodford Church (www.woodfordchurch.com),  It is the last service of the year and I know out lovely President Iris Klein has a few surprises in store.   The service starts at 2 pm.  Lastly I will share one of the inspiration pieces produced by Susan and Alex.

I am still recovering from my fall and my toes I hasten to add in parts are a deep purple to black.  At least now my feet themselves are not painful.  On a more positive note I would like to thank those of you who came to our "Yuletide Angel Plus" workshop last Saturday at Epping.  The energy as always was fantastic and we all enjoyed a small repast which included cakes, which John had kindly donated to the proceedings.  Even though not expensive items all of the group had received by way of the raffle a secret santa gift and we will be doing something similar for our first event of the year in February with Alan Albiston on 23rd February, but back to this year and our last events of 2018.

We will be at Woodford as usual on the 11th and 18th of December.  On the 11th we have a normal circle starting at 7.30 pm (arrival from 7 pm).  Then on the 18th December (weather permitting) we will be there all day from 2.30 pm until 8.30 to 9 pm (a break around 5.30 to 6.30 pm).  It will be a mix workshop with one or two surprises.  Obviously a small Yuletide Celebration too. We are also the mediums for the last Monday service at Woodford on the 17th December, which starts at 2 pm and as you probably all know by now Iris Klein was voted  the President of the Church will as always be chairing (www.woodfordchurch.com).  The last service of the year will be a charity event on the 20th December at 2 pm with Paul Bathgate as medium. The church will then close until the first week in January.  One quick note and this also applies to Epping any ice and snow the church will be closed and the same with our venue in Epping as I am not looking forward to any chance of a fall and we would hate anybody else to have one. 

Lastly I will make comment on our magical poppets (see details in Lucya Starza's book on poppets.  We are pleased to say 36 of the wee poppets have sped their ways to other climes including some across the pond.  All money made from the sale of these as well as our other  knitted items goes to swelling our fund to start our own sanctuary.  The cost is just £10 plus postage and they have crystals as well as herbs inside.  Look out for our naughty New Year Gnomes.  Don't forget also if you wish to make your own Christmas Angel or Fairy there is easy to follow instruction of Lucya Starza's blog http://www.badwitch.co.uk/2018/12/craft-easy-to-make-angel-or-fairy-yule.html

Weekend and things to come

The workshop we went on in Coventry at Broadgate National Spiritualist Church with Mark Brandist was excellent as I am sure John, Daniel and Irene will agree. I would also like to thank Derek and Rita Jones for the welcome we received.  My trip on the mat did leave me with sum what  of a problem on my arrival back in London. Being   on warfarin one has to be aware of not only the benefits, but the side effects and as I had bang my head thought it a wise precaution to take myself to hospital, which in this case was the University College Hospital in London.  I  cannot praise them enough as not only did the do an observation but also a CT scan plus an ECG but every details was taken into consideration including getting us home in the early hours of the morning.  My thanks to all the staff from the reception desk upwards.  We are as you might expect still recovering as losing sleep for whatever reason is mayhem for me.  We are now getting towards the end of 2018 and no doubt like many others are glad it is almost at a close.  We have two more workshops plus a service before the end of the year and will not recommence our circle until the  7th January 2019 when we will be missing one of our circle members Alex who will be going into hospital for a knee replacement.  We would like to wish her good luck and we know it will be a great success moving her forward in 2019.  One blessing this year is our little man's little brother who we met for the first time at Barbara Barnes's wee sanctuary at the Island of Light in docklands. 

Our next workshop is on the 8th December  at Epping at our usual venue in Hemnall Street and it starts at 1.30 pm (doors open as usual at 1 pm for tea, coffee, herbals or even a cup a soup in such cold weather. The workshop is entitled "Yuletide Angels Plus" and we will be working with the Archangels Metatron, Gabriel, Rafael and Michael.  This will be to move everyone forward into 2019 in a creative and practical way.  Unfortunately we will now not be at docklands on the 9th December as Barbara Barnes cannot have the hall, which is sad.  We will however be at Woodford Spiritual Church (www.woodfordchurch.com) on the 17th December for their last service of the year.  We then have one more workshop and circle on the 18th December before he church closes after the charity event with Paul Bathgate on the 20th December, but more of that in my next post.  Last for those of you interested Lucya Starza has posted an article on how to make angels and fairies.  Here is the link http://www.badwitch.co.uk/2018/12/craft-easy-to-make-angel-or-fairy-yule.html

 

Let's experiment with spirit art

How many of you would like to try a small experiment in regard to psychic art.  Some while ago one of our students drew the picture here on the left for Amar Singh.  Actually just over 2 years ago.  Recently Amar asked if we could do another picture for him so decided to try it out in our closed circle as we have two students developing psychic art. One was not present that evening and the one whom was there was the same lady who produce the picture below.  I am sure you will also see the likeness two years later.  You could try this within your own circles or amongst your friends.  If that is not an option please contact me on facebook or at rainbowhealingsanctuary@outlook.com  and I will suggest someone you can link into and then get them to give you feedback.  if there is enough interest I will set up a facebook group or email for this purpose.  It would be interesting to see how many times people can do this remotely and what information is given during these sessions although I emphasise its is an experiment and it may not work for everyone.  Lets see what happens and what insights are gained from this exercise. 

Our next workshop will be at Epping on the 8th of December as long as the weather holds and Frau Holda does not shake out her pillows.  If this occurs the walk up to the venue becomes like an ice rink and dangerous.  You can always check with us on the following mobile number by either sending a text or ringing. The number is 07927 288904.  That day we will be working with angelic energies in order to ask for help in the coming year we will be workings with the Archangels Metatron, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Rafael and Archangel Michael.  The workshop will be led by both myself and Daniel Naughnane. It's called "Yuletide Angels Plus" and is suitable for all levels.  We will then not be facilitating any other workshops at Epping until 23rd February when there will be a workshop with Alan Albiston.

We will however be at Woodford National Spiritualist Church with a workshop on the  18th December with our last workshop for 2018 and the day before we all be the mediums at the afternoon service on the 17th December at 2 pm.  Please come and join us for an afternoon of upliftment and messages from through the veil (www.woodfordchurch.com).  Again remember the church will close if the snow is heavy as the road nearby can be quite treacherous.  We finish circle on the 18th December and will not be back at the church until 8th January 2019. Sharon Law unfortunately has to close her circle on the 11th December, but will be back same dates as us.  I also believe John Jenkins and Brenda Hodgson finish on the 14th December, but if anyone wants to join us on the 18th December we will be running an afternoon workshop starting at 2.30 pm which will extend into the evening.  Please feel free to join us everyone is welcome.  We would also like to send good wishes and healing to John Jenkins and hope he is pain free soon.  We are available for workshops, readings and knitted items maybe you would like one of our magical poppets. 

 

 

Angels and Poppets plus.

What an interesting and productive workshop last Saturday at our lovely venue. So many magical angels made and a Yuletree decoration too. I would like to thank Lucya Starza and add we are looking forward to her returning later next year to run a scrying workshop.  She is at the moment studying to gain her M.A.and we wish here all the luck in the world and with this endeavour. The picture of the left are both mine and Daniel's angels we produced.  We would be delighted if any of you would like to share your contributions to the blog in the comments at the bottom.

Now changing the subject we would like to draw you attention to our next event at Epping on the 8th December,  which will be the last event until 23rd February 2019.  We have decided that it is so cold around this time or the year and we are sure Frau Holda will be shaking out her pillows.  The first event will be with Alan Albiston.  On the 8th December at our beautiful tranquil venue in Epping we will be working with angelic energies entitled "Yuletide Angels Plus" and we will be working to manifest a clear path in 2019 work with the Archangel Metatron, Archangel Gabriel,  Archangel Michael Archangel and lastly the Archangel Rafael.  The workshop will start at the normal time of 1.30 pm, but doors will open at 1 pm. Our last workshop of the year will be at Woodford Spiritualist Church and will be on the 18th December, which is a Tuesday and will start at 2.30 pm, but more of that in our next blog.  We will also be the mediums at the last service at Woodford this year on the 17th December.  This weekend we are off to a workshop with Mark Brandist being held at Broadgate National Spiritualist Church. 

Blown Away

What an amazing day yesterday with all pictures which were produced and the inspirational art.  Here is a selection of the pictures and the two pieces of prose, which I just had to share.  I was totally blown away as I am sure you all will be. Before I launch into all of this I wish to remind you about the up and coming workshop on Saturday 24th November with ourselves Daniel Naughnane and Patricia McNally as well as well as Lucya Starza,  It is at the Friends Meeting House, Hemnall Street, Epping,  Essex CM16 4LL.  It starts at 1.30 pm (doors open at 1pm).  The day is in two parts the first of which is with Lucya who will be showing you how to make a Yuletide Angel or Fairy.  There will then be a short break with enough time to grab a bite to eat and have a cup of tea, coffee or herbal tea.  Then on Sunday 25th November at 6.30 pm we are amongst the mediums giving readings at Barbara Barnes little sanctuary on the Isle of Dogs at the Barkantine Hall in the Westferry Road.  Amongst the mediums confirmed are ourselves Susan Hewer, Carol and Howie Chambers.  At both events there will be a small selection of our knitted items including some poppets. 

Our spiritually creative workshops are going great guns and we were both quite amazed at the results.  Yesterday was phenomenal with such a diverse range within the spirit art as well as the two pieces of prose.  Here are the two pieces created by the group which included Ruth, Irene, Edyta, Carol, Sandra and John.

Last Saturdays workshop produced some very interesting results, but more about that later in our post.  Firstly we would like to remind you of an event tomorrow at South Woodford Spiritualist Church which starts in the afternoon at 2 pm and will finish around 5 pm (although it could end a wee bit later).  It will follow the theme of our creative workshops linking you to your right brain which is your intuitive side so enhancing your intuition and mediumship as well as bringing your creative side to the forefront.  As we are all children of the great creator so we to are creative and unique in our own ways (www.woodfordchurch.com).  The cost is £5 for members and £6 for non members, which includes teas and light refreshments.

 On Saturday 24th November we will be at Epping at the Friends Meeting House, Hemnall Street. Epping CM16 4LL.  We feel so privileged to be able to hire this beautiful space with all it's inner peace. It will be an another exciting workshop with three of us contributing to the day first a workshop with Lucya Starza who has written a book entitled "Poppets and Magical Dolls" (she will have copies of this and other books available to buy on the day.  This starts at 1.30pm (doors open at 1 pm for meet and greet). She also writes a blog which give monthly details of events (http://www.badwitch.co.uk).  You will be making an angel or fairy for your Yuletide Celebrations (hands on) all materials supplied and that will be included in the price of £8 and if you want to stay or the whole day and continue with our "Magic of Yuletide" workshop it will be £20 (Lucya's workshop on it's own will be £8 the raffle not included, but refreshments are) which will include tea, coffee, herbals and nibbles plus a free raffle.  We will also have poppets for sale at £10 and our meditation CDs at the same price.

On Sunday 24th November we will be available for readings at the "Island of Light" the wee sanctuary run by Barbara Barnes in docklands at the Barkantine Hall, 121 Westferry Road, London E14 8JH.  There will be other readers there including Alan Albiston, Daniel Naugnane,  Carol Chambers, Howie Chambers, Susan Hewer, Paul Bathgate and myself Patricia McNally. 

Our last event at Epping will be on the 8th December we will be holding our last workshop of and 2018 and as usual it will start at `1.30 pm.  The title of the workshop will be "Yuletide Angels Plus" an intuitive way to 2019 with the help of your angels. 

We have a lot of exciting workshops lined up for 2019 starting with a workshop in February with Alan Albiston and then the following months will include workshops with the following people as well a ourselves Michael Redwin, Les Fuller, Bruce Bayley, Nicholas Samuels amongst others and we are hoping Lucya Starza  will be able to come and facilitate a poppet workshop for us too. 

The print above was just one of those completed at last Saturdays workshop, but its was only when I transposed it into black and white I saw the two little faces at the bottom of the print.  I will add also the angels you can expect to produce on Saturday plus some of our poppets against Lucya's book.

Lots of news and new ideas are in the ether for new workshops.  Meanwhile lets talk about what's coming up.  This coming Saturday 17th November we are at West Wickham Spiritualist Church for a workshop starting at 11 am till 5 pm entitled "  Our next workshop will be at West Wickham Spiritualist Church.   Please bring at packed lunch although refreshments will be available.  The workshop is going to be something completely different and is suitable for complete beginners to those more experience spirit workers.  It link you to your creative right brain and will help with not only your intuitive side and mediumship, but bring out the creative you it is entitled  "The Creative Pathway" Cost £15 see website  (https://westwickhamspiritualschurch.co.uk).  Following this on Tuesday afternoon we will be at Woodford Spiritualist Church (www.woodfordchurch.com) with our new series of afternoon workshops which will commence at 2 pm and end at 5 pm.  Why not join us for the evening as we have an awareness and progressive circle plus a closed circle which starts at 7.30 pm.  There are plenty of cafes, supermarkets etc nearby for you to get a snack or food at.  On the right is yet another picture produced at our closed circle by Alex for Amar Singh.  She is in the process of developing spirit art and we hope that soon she will be able to make a regular contribution by producing pictures giving love ones lasting proof of the spirit world.  On Saturday 24th of November we have another exciting workshop with three of us contributing to the day first a workshop with Lucya Starza who has written a book entitled "Poppets and Magical Dolls" (she will have copies of this and other books available to buy on the day.  This starts at 1.30pm and doors open at 1 pm for meet and greet. She also writes a blog which give monthly details of events (http://www.badwitch.co.uk).  You will be making an angel or fairy for your Yuletide Celebrations (hands on) all materials supplied and that will be included in the price of £8 and if you want to stay or the whole day and continue with our "Magic of Yuletide" workshop it will be £20 which will include tea, coffee, herbals and nibbles plus a free raffle.  We will also have poppets for sale at £10.  On 25th November we will be at docklands in the evening at Barbara Barnes special doing readings and it will start at 6.30 pm.  More details next post

Lets hope the fireworks are now over and things will get back to normal whatever normal is.  We had a very interesting circle last Tuesday and some interesting results in the way of spirit art from Alex's one of the closed circle members.  Incidentally we have plenty of room in our progressive development and awareness group on a Tuesday evening which starts at 7.30 pm arrival from 7 pm.  Held at Woodford Spiritualist Church (www.woodfordchurch.com).  Talking about workshops we went to a very interesting informative workshop yesterday at Wicca Moon in Eltham with Kim Towler, which was on Santisima Muerte.  Incidentally Kim has a vast amount of knowledge and is always willing to share. Due to unforeseen issues we did an impromptu workshop last Sunday and had some amazing results each person present did a print (all spirit inspired) and one of the results are seen on the left all of these final made one complete picture.  It totally blew all our minds.  We have another workshop one which isn't impromptu at Epping on the 13th October and we have some surprises in store. It is another "Creative Pathways to Spirit" and as I have said previously all of these workshops are different and how.The address of our usual venue for those of you who do not know is the Friends Meeting House, Hemnall Street, Epping, CM16 4LL, which we are so lucky to be able to hire. It starts at 1.30 pm (doors open 1 pm).  We are also planning on starting an afternoon workshops once a month at Woodford starting in November.  It was supposed to be starting in October, but it will now be starting in November 20th, but we still haven't settled time wise.  It will probably be around 2 pm till 5pm,  The cost will be £5 members and £6 non members.  Oure next workshop at Epping will be on 24th November and will be a workshop with us and Lucya Starza who is going to show people how to make a Yuletide Angel. More details of this will be given in one of our future posts.  We are still running a circle at Woodford Spiritual Church on a Tuesday evening "Progressive Development Group" and a Closed Circle (www.woodforchurch.com).  I am still knitting and crocheting for spirit and proceeds of what I am paid for such go to help running the Rainbow Healing Sanctuary.  We have now added "poppets" to our possibilities (see below one which has been ordered)  and we have had some lovely responses in regard to these from both Robin Jez and Patricia Tucker Severet  Please contact us on 07927 288904 or email us at rainbowhealingsanctuary@outlook.com

Last night due to Sharon Law having a very nasty virus (get well soon Sharon) we were in the large hall and were delighted to welcome some of her group as well as our own.  Rather ambitiously we decided to do one of our creative exercises, which we hope has convinced all present to trust that spirit is with them.  We were delighted with the results and they were indeed amazing.  I was completely stunned by one or two and I think most of the students were quite surprised at the results.  We will be doing more of these types of workshops later in the year so please keep an eye out on our blog and also social media.  This weekend we have two events at Woodford Spiritualist Church which I would like to draw your attention to on the 6th October we have our "Day with Spirit" and we will have 6 mini workshops plus a discussion group as well as readings available and an evening of mediumship with Brenda Diskin who is in London, but travelled from Sheffield to join us.  Other mediums and light workers taking part are Susan Griffiths, David Irvin, Sonya Campbell Williams, David Burke, Mike Matthews, Liz Gale, Lisa Victoria Gibson, Daniel Naughnane, Nigel Irvine and myself. Whats New

We are looking forward to this Saturday the 29th when again we will be at the lovely venue we are so fortunate to be able to use in Epping at the Quakers Meeting House, Hemnall Street, Epping, CM16 4LL. A "Creative Pathway to Spirit" will start at 1.30 pm and doors open at 1 pm for meet and greet plus a warm drink if its cold.  The workshop will be led by Daniel Naughnane  and myself Patricia McNally.  I reiterate all these workshops are different.  The print on the left is from our last workshop at Woodford (www.woodfordchurch.com), there this weekend Sharon Law has a workshop and the following weekend will be our "Day with Spirit" on 6th October  with the following mediums taking part Brenda Diskin all the way from Sheffield and incidentally she has a workshop there on the Sunday.  Back to our Day with Spirit we also have the following mediums etc Susan Griffiths, Lisa Victoria Gibson, David Irvin, Elizabeth Gale, Sonya Campbell Williams, David Burke, Alex Camies, Sam Prigmore. Daniel Naughnane , Carol Giggler and Nigel Irvine.  It will be a day filled with love, laughter and light with readings, mini workshops and final an evening of mediumship plus Sandra doing head massage.  Don't forget on the Sunday her workshop details of which are on the Woodford website.  As most of you know both Daniel and I love the music of Julie Felix and some of her songs are very profound and spiritual, especially those to the Goddess. .  She never ceases to amaze us as she did last Friday after having no voice that morning and not being at all well sung that evening at the Global Fusions International Peace Day giving an amazing performance (picture below actually taken on the Cutty Sark at a previous gig). 

 

Poppets and Psychic Art

Last nights circle at Woodford Spiritualist Church was quite amazing and some spectacular spirit art was produced by each  circle member and over the next few posts I will be showing various pieces.  We are hoping that the workshop scheduled for this coming Sunday 23rd September will produce such a variety of work.  The energy generated was amazing and I feel each circle member gained something.  I was extremely proud of all of them Sandra, Carol, Steve, Naomi, Tony, John, Seema, Imran and our two guests Chris and also Brenda Hodgson taking on such a challenge. The Progressive Spiritual Circle aka the Awareness Group had merged with the Closed Circle.  Brenda does angel readings at the church on Tuesday evening so if anyone is interested please look on the Woodford website where you will find details of our workshop as well as her contact details (www,woodfordchurch.com).  That evening we are also taking the church service and we would be delighted to see any of our readers.  We are doing a series of workshops called "Creative Pathways to Spirit" and the following week we will be facilitating another one at Epping,  We reiterate all of these workshops are different and some  of the exercises like last nights circle work will be a challenge.  More details in our next post with also more pictures and you will see the diversity of the work.  I would also like to mention a very interesting talk we went to at Wicca Moon with Lucya Starza relating to her new book in which is mentioned poppets and I have been knitting lots of healing ones,  See picture.  Lucya also write a blog and here is the link to it and it will tell you morer about her coming workshops and books.  She will be running a workshop on a Christmas Angel at Epping on November 24th (www.badwitch.co.uk)  again more details in a later post.

We have decided to do more of our Creative Pathways to Spirit workshops.as there are many pathways to spirit and creativity is one of them. We are part of the great creator therefore we are creative. People who are creative are also very intuitive and this can be channelled to an advantage in such a way other pathways open up such as spirit art, inspirational speaking, writing and music. Our new workshops and courses "Creative Pathways to Spirit" was inspired by Julia Cameron are just about this and how to combine harnessing the elements to enhance our souls journey as well as incorporating it into our daily lives we are in our belief spirit enjoying an human experience for our souls growth and spirituality is a way of life not just a belief.
