Firstly we would like to thank all our supporters both those who read our blog or share it and those who attend our workshops and recommended them and wish them an abundant and rainbow blessed 2015 (not forgetting the churches we serve). May you all receive that which you desire and what will push you further on your spiritual path. We are hoping by this time next year the universe will have put us in the right spot and the sanctuary will be functioning and well on its way to establishment. We have a brilliant start to 2015 and have gained places for the darshan with Mother Meera (www.mothermeera.org .uk). We have had an interesting year and at long last we have found at least the area where we feel we ought to establish the sanctuary and have definitely made headway in that direction. At this time of the year everyone's mind is set on the year ahead and wondering what it will bring. We too are thinking about this and will share what we intend to do on New Years Eve (maybe you would like to join us). Firstly we will thank the universe for what we have received this year and be grateful we have survived financially and give gratitude for all the blessings we have bestowed upon us. We will then be writing our request to the universe and once done this paper will be burnt and released to the elements on New Years Eve. The next idea was inspired by an article Daniel found in an observer magazine written by Mariella Frostrup. She has a ritual on New Year's Eve where she writes a letter in the present tense as a dream scenario of where she would like to find herself a year later and then put this away and forgets about it. She has kept these scraps of paper as she puts it and now sees how much of these things have manifested (not necessarily in that year, but nevertheless happened). As she says how many of us are content with what we have and are constantly trying to get more instead of being satisfied with enough quote "There can't be a better way to change your fortunes than to learn to settle not for less, but enough" (The Observer Magazine 28th December 2014). Don't forget the awareness group will be recommencing on the 9th of January 2015 (www.woodfordchurch.com), but also remember to check with us if the weather is bad (that is to say it is icy or snowing). It starts at 7.15 pm and cost just £3. Finally I will say a big thank you to those of you who have bought gnomes and owls. Our give a gnome a home campaign has gone very well and all the funds are helping to support the venture we have . I have started to write a blog, which I hope to illustrate and get published at some future date. For those interested here is the link http://grandgnometour.blogspot.co.uk The gnome below is one of our Valentine Gnomes, which will be slightly more expensive than some of the others £15, but will come will a small heart shaped key ring (can have an initial put on).

This comes to wish all our supporters whether students or those who read our blog seasonal greetings. We also ask that on Christmas Day wherever you are that you come together jointly for world peace. Our every home needs a gnome campaign is in full swing and we are hoping the little gnomes sent to America land safely (still haven't landed). Gnomes cost just £10 each plus postage and money raise is being and going to be used to fund a spiritual sanctuary for education, healing and alternative therapies. The carol concert at Woodford was a sheer delight with Reg Golding and then Daniel, Pam and Irene singing, but the icing on cake for us was our little man (Barbara Barnes's great grandson) getting up virtual unannounced and singing "There is a story to be told" a blessing and all in tune too. One of our Naughty Santa Gnomes (Number Three) was a hit too with Sharon Law who gleefully grabbed him (and yes he is misbehaving). We are also thrilled to pieces to announce that we have obtain places at the darshan in London on the 20th January 2015 (www.mothermeera.org.uk). In January it is very much in the air that we will be manning the fort at the "Island of Light" whilst Barbara is having her knee operation. Consequently and for that reason we will not be taking bookings until March as although she has been promised it should be in January as we all know there is no guarantee. We hope for Barbara sake it happens as quickly as possible. We will however be taking cancellations if we are free one and Barbara isn't in hospital. Yesterday evening we attended the last night of the "White Rose Sanctuary" at Petts Wood and for us it was quite sad, but we wish Christine and Alan Oborne a good retirement and a great big thank you for all the work over the past 25 years. Daniel again sang a solo and the three mediums on the last night were Alan Acton, Gary Titheridge and Karren Cambridge.

Last night be had our last meeting of 2014 at the Friends Meeting House. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Liz Gale for an interesting and informative last meeting of the year and would like to say thank you to Christine Downes-Grainger for all the help making booking the hall so easy. I would like to thank everyone who has supported us in our new venture especially Alan Albiston and we are looking forward to it growing in 2015. We have no more booking this side of the New Year and we thank the churches and centres who have made us so welcome in 2015 and look forward to serving you all again in 2015. Especially Woodford Spiritualist Church (www,woodfordchurch.com) where we are able to teach, which is our main passion. It is regret that I mention the White Rose Sanctuary as after 25 years Alan and Christine Oborne will be closing their doors. Their last night in on the 23rd December at 7.30 pm and I ask everyone who is near to come and support them. It has been an honour to service them for so many years and we will confess it is one of our favourite venues. I did say we were not serving any churches until next year, but Daniel Naughnane, who most of you know is my lovely partner and also in crime too will be singing at the Carol Service which is on Sunday 21st December at which we are looking forward to seeing Barbara Barnes and Brendan. It starts at 6.30 and everyone is welcome. We are also adding to our range of knitted items mobile phone cases and mini key rings (pair) at £15 as well as our give a gnome a home campaign together with our owls. Please consider buying one as a present for yourself or a friend to help raise funds for our sanctuary come centre, which we have now established. We will also be making valentine gifts especially key rings which can be order with initials etc.

Ringing In the Yule
Just a little reminder that we have our last event of the year at Epping at the Friends Meeting House, Hemnall Street, CM16 4LL (Harlow end of Epping) this Wednesday the 17th December, which will start at 7.30 pm (doors open 7.15 pm admission £6, which includes a free raffle and light refreshments). We will have Liz Gale and Nigel Irving doing the presentation with Daniel Naughnane singing one of the old carols and evening full of surprises and fun so why not come and join us. This is a Yule celebration and I discovered this on another blog and decided I too should share this beautiful piece, which I will do at the end of this post. I would also like to recommend a site on Etsy and some beautiful rainbow bags although this lady Cynthia Ellsworth makes lots of lovely goodies so please take a look at some of her lovely pieces, which would make lovely gifts at any time of the year - she can make them to order too. Take a look at these.
Here is the link and you will see for yourself how delightful her goods are and reasonably priced too.
Twas the Night Before Yuletide
Twas the night
before Yuletide and all through the glen
Not a creature was stirring, not a fox, not a hen.
A mantle of snow shone brightly that night
As it lay on the ground, reflecting moonlight.
The faeries were nestled all snug in their trees,
Unmindful of flurries and a chilly north breeze.
The elves and the gnomes were down in their burrows,
Sleeping like babes in their soft earthen furrows.
When low! The earth moved with a thunderous quake,
Causing chairs to fall over and dishes to break.
The Little Folk scrambled to get on their feet
Then raced to the river where they usually meet.
“What happened?” they wondered, they questioned, they probed,
As they shivered in night clothes, some bare-armed, some robed.
“What caused the earth's shudder? What caused her to shiver?”
They all spoke at once as they stood by the river.
Then what to their wondering eyes should appear
But a shining gold light in the shape of a sphere.
It blinked and it twinkled, it winked like an eye,
Then it flew straight up and was lost in the sky.
Before they could murmur, before they could bustle,
There emerged from the crowd, with a swish and a rustle,
A stately old crone with her hand on a cane,
Resplendent in green with a flowing white mane.
As she passed by them the old crone's perfume,
Smelling of meadows and flowers abloom,
Made each of the fey folk think of the spring
When the earth wakes from slumber and the birds start to sing.
“My name is Gaia,” the old crone proclaimed
in a voice that at once was both wild and tamed,
“I've come to remind you, for you seem to forget,
that Yule is the time of re-birth, and yet…”
“I see no hearth fires, hear no music, no bells,
The air isn't filled with rich fragrant smells
Of baking and roasting, and simmering stews,
Of cider that's mulled or other hot brews.”
“There aren't any children at play in the snow,
Or houses lit up by candles’ glow.
Have you forgotten, my children, the fun
Of celebrating the rebirth of the sun?”
She looked at the fey folk, her eyes going round,
As they shuffled their feet and stared at the ground.
Then she smiled the smile that brings light to the day,
“Come, my children,” she said, “Let's play.”
They gathered the mistletoe, gathered the holly,
Threw off the drab and drew on the jolly.
They lit a big bonfire, and they danced and they sang.
They brought out the bells and clapped when they rang.
They strung lights on the trees, and bows, oh so merry,
In colors of cranberry, bayberry, cherry.
They built giant snowmen and adorned them with hats,
Then surrounded them with snow birds, and snow cats and bats.
Then just before dawn, at the end of their fest,
Before they went homeward to seek out their rest,
The fey folk they gathered ‘round their favorite oak tree
And welcomed the sun ‘neath the tree's finery.
They were just reaching home when it suddenly came,
The gold light returned like an arrow-shot flame.
It lit on the tree top where they could see from afar
The golden-like sphere turned into a star.
The old crone just smiled at the beautiful sight,
"Happy Yuletide, my children," she whispered. "Good night."

We are pleased to announce five of our little gnomes are now winging their way to the United States of America and the two out of the seven (see images above), which were knitted are now looking for homes. We do believe every home should have a naughty gnome so why no give a gnome a home. They aren't very well behaved though, but those five have promised they will try not to disgrace us. All knitted items are crafted to help fund the sanctuary we intend to establish as it has now been started in Epping.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of serving Stockwell Spiritualist Church for special fund raising event. We would like to thank Coleen Rechere for collecting and taking us back to Victoria Station. The church wasn't as full as we would have liked, as lots of people were away doing festive things at this time of the year. Nevertheless we had a lovely encounter on Victoria Station making the acquaintance of this lovely little guy who was five years old and in human terms that is seventy plus. He was a real little sweetheart, It was a present from the universe we felt. Our next event is at Epping and we are hosting the knowledgeable Liz Gale and her . partner in crime Nigel Irving so please come and join us for what we think will be a very interesting evening on the 17th December The event "Ring in the Yule" will start at 7.30 pm, but the doors will be open around 7 to 7.15 pm. For those of you who have not been here before thje address is The Friends Meeting House, Hemnall Street, Epping, CM16 4LL. Entrance only £6 and it will include a free raffle with some lovely prizes including a few reading and a cuddly bear (could possibly be a Santa Gnome). Our next bit of good news is five of our gnomes are off to Pennsylvania and they will be buddies to some children. There is a great deal of excitement in Gnomesville as you can imagine and a bit of competition going on as there are seven of them very eager to go. We have lots of events being organised for 2015. There will be two workshops with Alan Albiston the first of which is "The Spirit and Essence of Nature in Spring", More details of all this and other events soon and also of the carol service at Woodford Spiritualist Church.

I am getting really excited about our venture in Epping and also our new "Make Your Own Oracle Cards" series of workshops at "Woodford Spiritualist Church" (www.woodfordchurch.com), which will start in January towards the end of the month. Take a look at the pictures on here and see what you can produce. All materials will be supplied plus tea, coffee and biscuits. This will take place every month and it will give you a pack of 44 cards or more which are unique to you. We are planning on getting these printed into a proper pack for those of you who would like this (keeping your own original artwork clean and unused). We haven't got a lot planned until the end of this year. We are however serving Stockwell Spiritualist Church, St Michael's Road, London, SW9 0SL this coming Friday the 12th Special Evening of Spirit Art to raise funds for the church. The picture on the left may well be for you as I have not idea where they will go until I arrive at the church and link in to a member of the congregation. Sometimes they are painted months ahead. The evening starts at 7.30 and admission is £3.50 please come and help raise funds for the church. We are still continuing with our give a gnome a home campaign as well as owls all being knitted as a way to swell funds to advertise our venture and promote the workshops. Our latest gnome is call Mr.Fall together with Babe Santa (trainee gnome standard). I would also like to take this opportunity to wish Shelley Joseph good luck in her new business venture. Please add a reply to this blog if you would like people to contact you. On the 17th December we are very luck to have the lovely Liz Gale doing a presentation come seminar come workshop at Epping "Ringing in the Yule" starts at 7.30 pm and doors open around 7.15 pm at Epping in our lovely location of the Friends Meeting House, Hemnall Road, Hemnall Street, Epping CM16 4LL and advanced notice in January "Colour and Intuition", in February " Colour in Healing" and in March "A Sound Healing with Colour" Lastly and there will be more news of this nearer the time and that is Daniel as with last year will be singing at the Carol Concert at Woodford. Finally I would like to recommend a book by a lady called Dolly Little called "Healing Journey" (Dolly can be contacted on my facebook friends or message me). It is a book of prose and poetry and ideal for inspiration for readings or just for oneself.

I don't usually do a post so soon after the last one, but I want to ask those people who are therapists, tarot or angel card readers if they would like to help in a promotion in order to raise money for the sanctuary, centre, academy or whatever you like to call it. We think we have settled on Epping or the surrounds. We need to raise money to promote and rent space to do these. We know at the moment the economy isn't at its best, but nevertheless we have made a start. As some of you know we have had two very successful meetings in Epping already with two mini workshops and we are planning the next on the 17th December the lovely Liz Gale and her other half Nigel Irving "Ring in the Yule". We want to expand next year and do a couple of holistic fayres as well as an evening of clairvoyance. We need readers, therapists etc.as well as a stalls and the deal is a free table for all, but therapist and sellers must be willing to give a percentage of what they take for the fund.. We are also knitting like mad naughty gnomes and wise owls plus other goodies please consider buying one for our fund. They make lovely presents so please consider buying something. On the 9th December we are at Woodford with the last workshop of the year "Intuitive Ways With a Sketchbook" and we will be making a few more oracle cards with two tools this time. Going to be a fun day and I am sure everyone will enjoy it. It starts at 1pm and finishes at 5,30 pm followed by an open circle with Sharon Law and Shelley Joseph, which we are hoping to stay to. Next year we will be running an oracle card workshop on the Tuesday and the cost will be £20 to cover the cost of materials plus teas, coffees and biscuits. It will be based on nature and the runes. The naughty gnome on this post already has a home. He is a naughty Santa Gnome, but rewards good girls and boys. I will be making a few more of these naughty Santa Gnomes so watch out. I am very pleased to also add five of the little naughty gnomes will be travelling across the pond before Yuletide. Please be aware that if the weather becomes inclement that is to say we have a bad fall of snow and it becomes icy the events our likely to be cancelled so please contact us on 07927 288904 before setting out. Forecast are not good up to the months of February, but the forecaster as we know don't always get it right.

Well December has arrived and we noted it is getting colder and more Wintery. I will confess not my favourite time of the year as the cold, but mainly the ice doesn't suit me. I am however looking forward to the Carol Service at Woodford Spiritualist Church at which Daniel will be singing and no doubt the lovely Pam too, whose voice is magic (www.woodfordchurch.com) and also to the Yule celebration on the 17th December "Ring In the Yule" with Liz Gale and Nigel Irving at Epping on the 17th December. We have lots mentally lined up for 2015 at Epping including a healing workshop with Maggie Jones. Our workshop at Grove Park went very well and numbers were very much improved although we still only just covered ourselves financially. We are thinking of running an Evening of Clairvoyance there next year although are basic aim is to make Epping work as it has such a lovely feel and the energies are perfect. Last night we served dockland and if you live in that area or care to pay the little church run by Barbara Barnes in docklands a visit your numbers would be appreciated. Unfortunately like a lot of other churches it is struggling and we for two would hate to see it close. So many establishments are having this forced on the them by lack of numbers it is sad and Barbara has put not only time and energy into the Island of Light, but love. Do watch this blog for news of next weeks service. Next Friday will be the final awareness group for this year at Woodford Spiritualist Church, but we will be back on Friday night early in the 2015. We still have our give a gnome a home campaign on and all gnomes are knitted to raise funds to help support Epping with advertising etc. Mr.Shy paid a visit to dockland last night and he might well come to the awareness group on Friday. All gnomes at the moment are £10 and owls vary in p-rice from £10 to £15 plus postage (although they are on sale at Epping). We have two events coming up one at Stockwell Spiritualist Church and another at Woodford Spiritualist Church before the end of the year.

Well Christmas has come early this year and it does seems get earlier and earlier each year. Stockwell Spiritualist Church had its Christmas Tree up and on that note I would like to thank Coleen Rechere and Paula Clement for inviting us to do readings last Monday evening. We hope everyone enjoyed their readings, On the note of Christmas let talk about the old ways and remember Yule was celebrated in the past and still is by many people including ourselves. The white goddess will descend and the earth will have her sleep time awaiting the rebirth in Spring. We will be focuses on this on the 17th December with a mini presentation by a good friend and lovely lady called Liz Gale who will delve into some of the traditions of the old ways together with Nigel Irving and explain the history of some carols which were originally from those times plus many other goodies in store including some mince pies and fruit mull. This will take place at Epping and more details will be posted nearer the event. Nevertheless it is going to be a brilliant evening as Liz is very knowledgeable just £6 which will include a free Christmas Raffle and as its special you will be allowed to donate another £1 for extra tickets. We have cosy feet socks, a cuddly bear, a rabbit, a reading with yours truly and there many other goodies and a naughty Santa Gnome for all you naughty gnome fans. Our awareness group at Woodford Spiritualist Church will be going on until the 5th December (last evening) when we will be closing for a season break and it will commence again in the New Year on 9th January (www.woodfordchurch.com) at 7.15pm. This coming weekend the 30th December we are at the Island of Light the small centre run by Barbara Barnes. A wee bit of an advanced notice on 21st December I am delighted to inform you that Daniel will be singing at the Carol Service at Woodford Spiritualist Church. We have a lot of ideas and workshops planned at Epping for next year. The first three are as follows Colour in Intuition, Colour in Healing and finally Sound Healing with Colour plus we have invited Alan Albiston, Michael Redwin, , Liz Gale, Sharon Law, Susan Griffith, Martin Jones and his mum Maggie amongst others to do some workshops both in the evening and on Saturdays. We are also looking for two things one is a larger hall in that area and secondly a large garage for storage. Any help gratefully received. Don't forget we are still selling knitted items to swell our funds for advertising and the hire of venues etc. We now also have mobile phone cases of owls and a mini heart key ring to go with them as well as some new heart key rings and owls. So please consider buying some of these for presents. Finally do not forget that we have a workshop at the Ringway Community Centre, 268 Baring Road, Grove Park, S/E/12 tomorrow at 7.30 pm "Ask the Angels" which will include refreshments for just £6

Here are some more beautiful images as the prelude to our "Make Your Own Oracle Cards" these courses will be starting in 2015 and these cards can be used to do readings or simply for meditation. Each student produced completely different images (take a look at our previous post) and yet all were inspiring and we were. It was so inspiring to see such awesome images with such amazing and dedicated students. They were a delight to be with on every level. As were the group last night in Epping. Another successful evening and we are now becoming even surer that this is the right locality for a new sanctuary where not only ourselves, but other dedicated tutors will be able to teach and impart their knowledge to willing students. Here this seems to be the norm. I would like to thank all who attended and we are looking forward to an evening with Liz Gale and Nigel Irving on the 17th December - there will be an explanation of Yuletide ceremonies including the origins of traditional carols plus we are hoping a fruit mull laced with cinnamon etcetera as well as hot mince pies for those who eat them (and a few surprises including a free raffle). Next Monday the 24th November both Daniel and I are doing readings at Stockwell Spiritualist Church, St Michael's Road, London, SW9 0SL (for just £6 you can have a 15 minute reading with either Daniel or I). He will be doing sand reading so why not pop along between 7 pm to 9 pm and get one as well as having time to socialise with like minded people. I will also be bringing some of my naughty gnomes as well have the owls plus maybe a few owl mobile covers and heart key rings all of which make unique presents.

What an inspiration
Our last workshop on "Intuitive Ways With a Sketchbook" was an inspiration - all our students excelled and some of the work produced was magic. This day was the prelude to our new workshop for 2015 "Make you own oracle cards". We intend to hold this course in two different venues with two different subject matters. One will be linked to Mother Earth and Nature and another will be linked to the Angelic Realms. In both case there will be an extra charge for materials. Over the next few week I am hoping to show some of the students work and I am sure you will all be inspired by what you see. Unfortunately Barbara Barnes's Special wasn't as well supported as she had hope and we were very disappointed for her. She has now decided to run events once or twice a year. I have suggested maybe we could do some workshops in 2015 instead. e all had an uplifting time at the "Light Within Healing and Psychic Centre". Nice to see old friends. Amazing messages thanks spirit for supporting us and good luck Peter Brewster with your venture Thank you for asking us to serve your centre and we look forward to a returning next year. Tomorrow is our second meeting at Epping and we are really looking forward to it. There will be an interactive angelic workshop and I know those of you who join us will feel totally positive after the evening. There will be a short break for tea and biscuits (herbals and coffees for those who need them) plus a chance to view goods hand made by Stacy, Brian, Lisa and myself plus maybe maybe some CDs recorded by Alan and some second hand books brought by Nigel. The address is the Friends Meeting House, Hemnall Street, Epping CM16 4LL (Harlow end of Epping). Of course on Friday we have our awareness group which starts at 7.15 pm. Then on the 30th December we are back at the Island of Light with Barbara Barnes

What next
We are still selling our knitted items to raise money for a sanctuary where spiritual education will take a high profile along with therapies and healing both for animals and humans. Venue and advertising can be expensive and until we can find a building to call our own this will be an on going problem. Tomorrow we will be holding our course "Intuitive Ways with a Sketchbook" and we will be devoted to a day of encaustic wax with meditations. This day will be totally different to anything else we have done. Why not come and join us at Woodford Spiritualist Church from 1 pm to 5.30 pm (more details on www.woodfordchurch.com). Yesterdays workshop produced some very simple pieces used for readings based angelic meditations and you can see how simple they were from the picture posted here. Roz is kindly holding the fort on Friday at the awareness group, as we will be at a Holistic and Psychic Fayre doing readings and hopefully selling a few knitted items. There will be other sellers there so you might grab a few Yule or Christmas presents as well. Details can be found in the previous post to this one. There is also an excellent workshop at St. Albans Spiritualist Church on the 15th November with Alan Albiston. Its starts at 12 noon and finishes at 4 pm and the admission is £15 (for more details ring 07716 475258). On Sunday we are at "Island of Light" at Barbara Barnes Special where there will be various readers including Phil Warr, Paul Charnick, Brenda Hodgson, plus of course both Daniel and I. Finally on Monday17th November we are at Woolwich again as previously mentioned in the last post or for more details ring Peter Brewster on 07466 978554. Then on Wednesday 19th November we will be holding our second event at Epping "Ask the Angels" which will start at 7.15 pm and finish at 9.30 pm. November and Winter has arrived
There is a definite nip in the air and Winter it seems has arrived. Hopefully there will not be snow until much later and I will confess from my point of view I can do without it. It's going to be a very interesting month. The picture on the right was put in place for the time when the veil is thin that is to say Halloween and was set in place by Sharon Powell showing one of our knitted owls and also her beloved Tinkerbell who I must say looks very magnificent and quite suitable for a witchy evening. Incidentally Sharon is an excellent reflexologist who we highly recommend and can be contacted on 07941 145598. Our first event will be on the 9th of November at Woodford Spiritualist Church and its our regular monthly workshop, which starts at 12 noon and finishes at 4pm "Co-Create with Spirit". The following week we will have another regular event "Intuitive Ways With a Sketchbook" starting a 1 pm and finishing at 5.30 pm. See Woodford website for all details www.woodfordchurch.com. Our regular awareness group at Woodford on a Friday evening is also going extremely well and we have a regular group of like minded souls who all blend with each other. This starts at 7.15 although we are usually there long before that. For readings and holistic treats be ready for the 14th November in the evening at Merton Manor Club, 76 Kingston Road, Wimbledon, SW19 1LA where there will also be available a range of Christmas goodies (so come and do some Christmas Shopping as well) both Brian Hoolichan and Eco Alkemy will have a table (maybe we may bring a few owls and gnomes). Amongst the readers are Liz Gale, Coleen Rechere and Nigel Irving. On the 16th November we will be at the Island of Light Church doing readings at Barbara Barnes small sanctuary one of her Specials as she calls them. The evening will start at 6.30 pm and finish at around 8.30 pm. Next Sunday the service there will be taken by the lovely Stacy Shepherd and unfortunately although we can't be there as we already have a commitment on the 9th November after our workshop I would suggest that those of you who can be there attend as she is an excellent medium.. On Monday the 17th November we are at "The Light Within Healing and Psychic Centre" for their Monday afternoon service, which starts at 1.30 pm. Their address is Glyndon Community Centre, 75 Raglan Road, London SE18 7LB nearest station Woolwich Arsenal then a short walk of a 291 bus. I would also like to recommend a workshop at St.Albans Spiritualist Church with Alan Albiston on the 15th November - Alan is an excellent tutor and this workshop is special - the church which incidentally is very friendly and welcoming is located close to the station. For more details ring 01727 840170. Our "Give a Gnome a Home" campaign is still on to fund our sanctuary and we also have lots of owls for sale. We also have an angel workshop pending, but more details of that in our next post. Finally if anyone know of a garage that we could rent in East London or near Epping to store stuff in (must be dry) please let us know ring 07927 288904. Meanwhile have a great week,

Great Evening at Epping
The hall at Epping has wonderful energies and apart from a few teething problem seems to have taken off. We managed not to get away until 11pm after the first event, because of a problem with the security light as Daniel was worried about whether the switches had been turned the wrong way. We are also trying to get ourselves establish a newsletter. We will be starting a news letter. Obviously we will be maintaining this blog. I would like to thank all those who came and gave us support last Wednesday and the next date is set for the 19th November (weather permitting - hopefully the snow which as been forecast will not mature) We will be running an angel workshop where we will be connecting with the energies of the Archangels Metatron, Gabriel, Rafael and Michael so please come and join us. I have added some more prints from our last workshop "Intuitive Ways with a Sketchbook" See Woodford Church website for the next one although I will be announcing it here nearer the date (www.woodfordchurch.com). We are going to be quite busy the coming week as on Monday we are back at Woodford for the afternoon service starts at 2 pm, then on Tuesday to the White Rose Centre at Petts Wood, which sadly will be closing at the end of the year. Service starts at 8pm and finally on the Wednesday Chingford, which starts at 7.30 pm. We still have not decided whether to continue with Grove Park as unfortunately we made quite a loss on the evening, so we are having to think very carefully. We may well try one more event and if that doesn't take off give it up. We feel maybe the doors this side of the river are being closed as Petts Wood will be closing and another church we were going to serve we under has steep stairs and since my accident the vertigo has kicked in big time. Moreover other doors have open the other side of the River Thames. We still have our "Give a Gnome a Home Campaign" in full flow plus the Rainbow Mob with Rainbow Owls. Prices range from £10 to £25 plus postage.

Venue at Epping
We are delighted with our new venue at Epping and the energy inside is lovely. All we need now is a bit of help from the universe to move us too. Our first event there is next week on the 22nd October at 7.15 pm in the evening and if you are free please come and join us. The evening will include a free raffle as well as refreshments plus a workshop lead by Daniel Naughnane "Sensing and Seeing Auras". It will be a fun evening of love, light, learning and laughter, The nearest underground station is Epping on the Central Line. There will also be a small selection of things for sale such as crystal pieces made by Stacy Shepherd plus Eco Alkemy is bring some tarot bags and cloths. Brian Hoolichan has a selection of tee shirts and of course there will be gnomes (you might like to give a gnome a home or a colourful owl and the entrance is £6. Our last workshop at Woodford brought forth some very interesting prints and the one done by Melinda Jackson is going to be used as a tee shirt design. So from small acorns might oaks may grow. We went to a very interesting workshop on Saturday led by Marcio Amaral on healing and we found it both enlightening as well as interesting. We look forward to reading his book "Creating Luck" This workshop was supporting the Celia Hammond Animal Trust to which Marcio donated his fees from the workshop plus the money from the books he sold (www.celiahammondanimaltrist.com). Our awareness group will take place at Woodford as usual on Friday, but we look forward to seeing some of you before then. There is another interesting workshop next Saturday at Woodford Spiritualist Church with Michael Redwin and after attending several other workshops which Michael led I have no hesitation in recommending this (www.woodfordchurch,com)

We are also pleased with the popularity of our new rainbow owls plus a commission of a little white owl, which is winging her way to her new home plus our on going give a gnome a home both of which are swelling our funds for the sanctuary.

St.Albans Church
We would like to thank St. Albans Spiritualist Church for making us so welcome yesterday evening and to Karen Watson for inviting us. It was a pleasure being chaired by Tricia Dovey who was so warm and welcoming. It is a lovely little church which I understand is having it centenary this year having been built in 1914. We will be delighted to serve them again. We are pleased to announce that we will be starting at a new venue in Epping on 22nd October and we are hoping that this will be the first of many. We hope to run monthly events and possibly workshops here. The first event will be a interactive workshop combined with a break to met and mix with other like minded participants plus a small stall with a few items for sale such as tarot cloths and bags, which will be custom made by Eco Alkemy and the beautiful crystal items made by Stacy Shepherd both these ladies can be contacted ourselves. We will also have a few of our gnomes and owls for sale, which we are making to help fund the sanctuary we wish to open. We were thinking of starting the evening at 7.15 pm but we may well start if earlier watch for final details. The workshop itself " Sensing and Seeing Auras" led by Daniel Naughnane will not start until 7.30 pm, but we thought it might be nice for people to have the chance of meeting new friends and contacts before the main events, The address is Epping Quaker Meeting House, Hemnall Street, Epping CM16 4LL. Entrance £6 which will include light refreshments. The beautiful textiles by Eco Alkemy can be seen in a previous post. St.Albans Spiritualist Church is and the church is worthy of a visit. Our weekly awareness group at Woodford Church (www,woodfordchurch.com) is now starting at 7.15 pm and everyone is welcome. We have a lovely group of like minded people who create a great energy

Good Morning October and Autumn one of my favourite season has now arrived. I love the way the leaves turn to gold, brown, red and rust filling the countryside with majestic colours. We have made a very difficult decision today and have done it before the next mercury retrograde sends me around the bend, if we do not get more than 6 people at Grove Park on October 13th we will hit it straight on the head as we are sick of throwing good money after bad as the saying goes. Its sad for the few people that do need workshops, but unfortunately these places take money to run as well as time and effort. If venues were cheaper or we had one of our own, which is our aim then it wouldn't be quite so critical. Unfortunately the awareness group didn't even break even despite the help we received from the Ringway Community Centre in a price for which we are grateful. Very sad as its a splendid venue and lovely people to deal with. We are also starting to feel that maybe spirit are putting on a block here. I would also like to draw attention to the beautiful tarot bag on this blog, which was create by a lady called Lisa. If you are thinking about buying a new cloth for next year why not commission Lisa into making one for you. Her prices are competitive and I am sure you won't be sorry. The tarot bag and cloth range from £35 to £55 and the bags on there own are £25 to £35 plus of course postage.
They are crafted with love initial contact me and I will pass your email and number on to Lisa. Don't forget we are serving St.Albans Church this coming Sunday and we love serving new churches and details of this can be found in our last post. We have also decided to concentrate our energies to where we would like to be and that is Epping or the surrounds and with that in mind we are starting a new group and we would be delighted to see some of you. We will be running workshops and it will also we a place to meet new likeminded people. Our first workshop is "Sensing and Seeing Auras" possible followed by an angel workshops depending on the interest. The complete details of venue etc will be in our next post when the booking has been completed. It will be on the 22nd October and doors open at 7.15 for a 7.30 start. There will be light refreshments plus a free raffle for the opening. Refreshments will always be included and we will be doing a free raffle from time to time. Don't forget on the 14th October we will be at Woodford Spiritualist Church (www.woodfordchurch.com) with our workshop "Intuitive Ways with a Sketchbook", which starts a 1 pm. I would also like to suggest that all you people trying to get a spiritual business off the ground think about going to Susan Griffiths next two workshops at Woodford Church as she is covering things like websites and social media. The first one has now past but the next one this coming Sunday 5th October is looking on what you can put on your websites the pros and cons and the next one on the 12th October is looking at pricing as so many of us find this a difficult subject.

What a great day at Woodford Spiritualist Church (www.woodfordchurch.com) on the 26th September for the Macmillian Cake and Coffee morning with £576 raised in total. People doing readings apart from Daniel and myself included Judith Thorne, Ruth Lipkin, Keith Hudson, Joslin from Vestry Road doing angel readings plus Alan Key who had donated his CD's for sale. It was amazing how many people turned out to raise funds for this worthy cause. Thanks to must go to John, Cheryl, Iris, Angela, Ray, Christine, Pat and the members of the committee who attended. We also understand that Grant Barmby's Chocolate Cheesecake was a massive hit or as one member of the committee said "A cake to die for" Both Daniel and I were pleased we could make a contribution. On a personal note I would like to thank Brian Hoolichan and his partner Richard for the cakes and scones they contributed and Deborah Smith for £5 for the pictures I posted of Mr.Posh, which I am reposting here. Mr. Posh I am afraid made a piggy of himself and ate too many cakes and I understand he wasn't the only one. We are also delighted to announce we will be at St.Albans Spiritualist Church, 40 Glanville Road, St Albans Hertfordshire, AL1 5BQ next Sunday the 5th October. Please come and join us if you are in that vicinity. As I announced sadly our awareness group at Grove Park has ended, but we are running a monthly event at Grove Park Community Centre, 268 Baring Road, SE12 0DS. positive note the awareness group has maintained numbers and we are hoping it will grow. On a more The first of these is on Monday 13th October starting at 7.30 (doors open at 7.15) and it will include light refreshments and a very interactive workshop on Angels. Cost just £6 so please tell your friends and invite everyone who is interested in angels and the angelic realms. On the 14th October we are back at Woodford with Intuitive Ways With a Sketchbook. On another personal note I would like to thank the lady who does the beautiful textiles Eco Alkemy for the help she is giving me locating a venue in the East End.
